I got a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and armpit wax. The manicure and pedicure were amazing. I was pampered the whole time, and the guy doing the manicure would adjust to my liking making sure everything was perfect.
For the waxes, the eyebrow wax was good. It was quick and the shape looked nice. I wouldn’t let them fill it in though. As for the armpit wax, I don’t recommend it all. They didn’t look at hair direction, so I ended up with bruising. It’s been about 5 days and it’s still there. That’s why the 4 stars.
But if I didn’t have the armpit wax this would be 5 stars. I do recommend this place.

A older lady that didn’t speak English shaved half of my toenail off crooked and slanted. Then they still made me pay full price I will never go back.

Helen is my Nail tech. She always so pleasant and nice. She takes care of her clients. Very detail on what work she us doing for you.

I have been coming here for about three years now and I have always received good service.

Got my nails done on the 4th. 6 of them came off. I called to speak with the tech but I was told that she was out of the office and won't be available until Wednesday. I called on this morning to speak with the tech and the response was, She won't be back until tomorrow. I spoke with a tech that said she will fix my nails. She fixed my nails but not like the way they were with the cubic zirconias on the ring fingers. I asked why couldn't she add the cz on the my nails. Her reply was I fix nails but I can't add diamonds because you wait too long to come back to have repaired. I ask if there is a post stating that you gave to come back within a certain length of time to have repairs done. I didn't receive an answer to that question but the tech said 24 hours after getting nails done.
Surely the nail isn't going to come off within 24 hours but after 3-4 days go by this will allow one to see if the job was properly done. Well, they came off from the cuticle end which let me know they were not secured. Black people WAKE UP! We give them GOOD money and they treat us terrible. We need to bring back Boycotting and SHUT THEM DOWN!

Worst nail experience ever paid 60 bucks for a basic pedicure and for someone who couldn’t event paint nails

Love this place they are very good and I can have wine while I'm getting done! The only place I go to have my nails done! Been goin here since rhe opened!

I really use to love this place but, as of late the overall service has been horrible. After giving them two more chances I just can’t anymore. The customer service sucks and the staff can only do the basics no artistry skills at all.

I like the services here: my rye brows were done here for the first time and I am so impressed. I normally go here for my pedicure and gel overlay on my nail, and they do a great job, I just say ask for who you want-eventhough most of them do great work.

I’ve visited this nail salon frequently and have never had problems with their work until now. I received d pedi and after day one my nails (French manicure) started to chip. Due to the demand of my job, I was unable to return until a few days later. I explained and showed them my nails and they basically stated I waited too long to come back and they would charge me to fix them. Completely unacceptable! I understand you have to run a business but at the same time you have to show compassion for your customers and understand that everyone doesn't want free service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

No one knows how to shape nails the only thing they do right is feet and then they tell you one price and charge you another plus they tip added to it

Do not let Hellon, the nail tech do your nails. She is rude and has a bad attitude. I chose a nail color I did not like and had her to change it. I asked her to let me see the book to choose another color she told me not to come back and she got up saying stuff in her language. I ask her to repeat what she said but she would not. I ended up letting another person polish my toes. Bad customer service and too many nail shops around town. So I will not be going back.

Trash did a horrible job on my lashes, they fell off the next day my nails came off within a week.

I am giving 5. My nails kept peeling and they are so professional even past the 24 hours, they worked with me until I was satisfied.
Very professional and plenty of staff so you don't spend all day waiting.

Got a deluxe pedicure, and the worker hurt two of my toes and didn’t even paint the whole nail. Also the guy cough on my foot!
