Blue Baker, College Station TX

Sandwiches were ok, but WAY too much mayo and mustard; bread was soggy and I had to set aside. Skimpy amount of meat and cheese.
Took home loaves of bread which are delicious.

I love that they let me order and pay online, then deliver when promised to curbside. The food is delicious and the chocolate croissants to die for.

I Blue Baker! Such great food and really good service! The staff at the University location is so friendly! I look forward to my weekly lunches at Blue Baker. Keep up the great work!

I am getting pretty frustrated with the app ordering ahead and drive through. The last handful of times things were missing from my order that I paid for, and then when I ordered a bread bowl, the app didn’t clearly signify it. So I wound up home with a cup of soup and no bread bowl. The estimated time to pick up my order is always far too short as they tend to take a lot more time than estimated. All in all, good food, but not great pick-up and drive through experiences. Makes me hesitant to order online anymore.

I made a trip out to visit for some breakfast and discovered to my disappointment sausage wasn't part of the menu. Chorizo was available so the trip wasn't a complete wash, but I was really hoping to sample a nice sausage and egg bagel with a hearty slice of cheddar cheese.

Gonna be honest, blue baker has lost its way. It’s now just another, forgettable fast casual sandwich shop — like Panera bread. Very “chainy” in both the vibe and quality of the food. Sad to see yet another once local college station staple turn into an average assembly line regional chain.

Had the pizza and a salad and one of their sandwiches.

Dining area was nice and clean. The selection was good. Food was fresh and delicious! Wait time was minimal. Staff was friendly

First time visitor. My sandwich was very good and fresh. The oatmeal raisin cookie.omg! The interior was very cozy, friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was how messy the sandwich was!

I visit this place every time I'm in Austin or college Station. It's a HUGE building with tons of seating. Employees were wearing masks. Really good bread choices. I thought I was going to try the pizza this time but I wasn't able to go any other time than breakfast. I'll try it next time.

Been going to blue baker for 15+ years now, But after how rude & unprofessional the staff was after my last visit.i will never give this company another penny!

The food is always so good and wonderfully made! The Indigo sandwich is usually my go to. And the people here are so friendly! I love Blue Baker.

This place isn't very good for sandwiches. The meat was super chewy and the orders were wrong. I should've got the pizza or another option.

We came at lunch on a Wednesday. It was not crowded, service was fast & efficient even though obviously training new staff. We had a mini pizza that my son approved of and i had a sandwich. Good menu options. Clean restaurant.

I took advantage of Blue Baker’s Throwback Thursday with 2001 prices! My Powder Blue sandwich and Cream of Potato soup were very good and I have half a sandwich left for tonight!

Easy to order and delivered on time.
The cookies were delicious although the actual decorating was not the professional quality I expected. We got a good laugh at some of the characters. If we hadn't known they were Star Wars i don't think we would have ever guessed.
