Our family loves Dr. Krueger! She's so kind and professional. As a mom to 3, we have been to other pediatricians and I can honestly say she is the best! She never makes you feel like your questions are too much. She has a very calming presence about her! I see other reviews talking about the long wait. For us personally, we have never waited too long that we were "bothered! " I believe they have listened to feedback and corrected accordingly!

My children have been patients of Dr. Propst at this bluefish since it first opened. At first, there was virtually no wait, but as they’ve gotten more patients, and seeing the increase of illness after the pandemic, a wait is expected. Be prepared to be here 1-2 hours.
For me it’s totally worth it to see Dr. Propst, she’s an amazing physician. She takes her time, and always addresses my concerns. We recently moved to Hockley, and still make the drive to come see her. My children all feel comfortable around her, and my teenager trusts her care.

Been taking my 3 year old here since she was born, I’ve never been seen on time. We had a 3pm appointment today, it’s now 4pm and we still haven’t seen the dr. If you make an appointment here just be ready for it to take 2 hours.

Our son sees Dr. Ransom and has been since he was born (1 year). She takes the time to answer all our silly questions and we don’t ever feel rush. However, the wait time is crazy. We have always waited 45 mins to an hour after our appointment time even being on time. It’s frustrating to wait that long with a baby so we will be looking for another practice unfortunately.

We’re so happy at Blue fish greater heights! I am a clinician myself and put a lot of thought into our choice of pediatricians and office. Dr. Kruger is a joy and takes great care of our little guy. The office staff and medical assistants are always professional and kind. Blue Fish has an amazing reputation and we’re so fortunate to have a location so close to home!

We have been so happy with this pediatrics office. The office team is responsive and accommodating. The Drs (our specific experience has been with Dr. Propst and Dr. Malek) are phenomenal - they listen, take time to understand concerns / worries, and are unbelievably responsive in emergencies - they truly go above and beyond. We highly recommend Blue Fish to any one looking for a pediatric dr.

This is the worst pediatric care around. Do not bring your children here. They absolutely care nothing for them, and care only about billing your insurance. They absolutely prioritize by insurance. All those talking about how it's busy, are ones with good insurance. If you're on Medicaid they'll tell us it'll take three months, and won't even call in a prescription that is supposed to reoccurring for a chronic condition. No other pediatrician has treated us as bad as these scumbags. They'll get you right in as a new patient, and then they basically tell you to screw. No scruples whatsoever.

(1) Inconsistency of care. Sometimes they ask me to fill out a milestone sheet, other times they skip it. Sometimes I get an after visit form, other times I don’t. Nurse that measured my son did so while the paper was really bunched up. I asked her to fix it & she said it didn’t matter…? A few mins later a man came in to re-do measurements because last set was “way off”
(2) Unfriendly. Front desk did not offer a hello or good morning, just asked patient name and DOB. Same visit, the nurse that administered the vaccines was also cold, all business.
(3) Medical f/u. They ordered bloodwork which I missed on accident. Next visit I expected them to follow up on this, maybe re-order but they didn’t even notice. I also called in a few times about son spitting up milk a lot. There was no follow up on how this turned out during my next visit. I feel like there’s no… real interest for my son’s health and I’m just a number.
