We hired Blue Layer at our business about a month ago. They taught us what phishing and/or suspicious emails look like lately. I almost immediately got a phishing email, got on chat with Blue Layer, they handled it quickly and let me get back to my work. Good Job!

Very patient and helpful technician (Arthur) who gently talked me through several steps to help solve our internet connection problem. I’m the end, *he was the one praising *me for doing a good job, but it was really his excellent instruction that got the job done!

Angie is awesome! She is impeccable when trying to solve any problem I have. I love that if she cannot reach a resolution she will find someone immediately who can. I believe she will continue to be a great asset to Blue Layer while learning more and more.

We are opening a new business in Lubbock, TX and Blue Layer has been invaluable as we have had to set up a new network and new computers and new printers. I don't know how we have run our past businesses without Blue Layer on our team.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind and Patient. Their service is only succeeded by their care for each individual costumer. They analyze and tell you what's best, without trying to over sale. In others word's they aren't trying to get every dollar they can out of you, If you don't need it, they will tell you, that you don't need that. They truly want to give you your exact needs, and nothing more. Highly Recommend.

My boss and her team had been unable to open encrypted emails from a particular organization for a year. BlueLayerIT tested and found nothing wrong on our side of the issue. I worked with the sender's IT group & Microsoft support all year with no success! I came back to BlueLayer confused, frustrated, and asking for more help. Jesus & Bobby, were extremely patient & knowledgeable! Bobby provided clarifications that were not above my head, giving me insight to ask the sender's IT group more specific questions! Their tech support's responses to my questions revealed a miscommunication or misunderstanding between their IT and the frontline employees sending the emails, regarding the steps to take for encryption. This was a major problem for our business! I would never have been able to get the problem resolved without BlueLayerIT's help! Very thankful!
