We had some electric problems and Mr. Johnson and other tech (I am sorry didn’t get his name), showed within the time frame they told us, and figured it out the problem. Thought the cause of our electric problem was actually a problem for the electric company provider, they told us what to explain to the power company’s people, so they could send someone to fix it. I will keep the contact information in case we have any other electrical issues. Thank you for your help!

Believe Luis has my best interest in mind. Example, during the spring A/C tuneup he recommended to clean the blower wheel in the Fall heating tune up. During this tune up he did not recommend the cleaning due to Uv light helping to prevent further bacterial growth from occurring. Luis is honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. On time, gave me many options to fit our budget, and was more interested in saving/repairing my old material and system. They sent levels of options, when they said they would. We still have a few phases to go through, so I bay have to update my review. So far, 2 thumbs up!

Don’t expect to have repairs done quickly when parts need to be ordered. There is a waiting time these days from the manufacturer but Deans shop installs as soon as they receive them. And they provide heaters while you wait if you need them.
