Blue Sky Lake Livingston RV Park & Cabins

Stayed here for 2 months in the cabins waiting to move into my new home. Beautiful property, cabins are very nice, and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

I've stayed here twice while on business in Livingston and the lack of business travel options in the city makes this a good alternate choice. I've stayed in both a bungalow as well as a cottage and found both super clean and comfortable. As a business traveler, I never pack things like a hair dryer or an iron, etc since they're always available in the room. Neither cabin had a hair dryer, but the cottage did have an iron and ironing board. The bungalow did not. The wifi worked perfectly, and I was able to sign into my streaming services without issue, so working in each cabin was easy. The overall environment is quiet and located close to restaurants / stores, etc. Blue Sky provides an affordable, in-city option for those travelers that don't want to commute from the big chains whose nearest locations are Lufkin or Huntsville. Would stay again!

Wonderful time there with our grandchildren it is a very clean RV park and the clubhouse is excellent. The RV sites are beautifully wooded and the people are very nice

I stayed @ Blue Sky from mid August 2023 to late November in a long term spot in the trees in a 30ft motorhome. It was a very nice level concrete spot that had power, water and sewer and room for a personal vehicle. My long stay was made more enjoyable by the friendly staff, especially Christian, who made me feel at “home” right away, which was perfect as it was and is my home for the time being. There were some issues that arose both at the park and individual levels, but the staff was very responsive and kept you informed with great communication. The amenities were very nice, especially the pool and clubhouse bathrooms and showers. The staff was always available to contact personally in the clubhouse office or by phone. There was also very good garbage service and dumpsters, as well as a mail/delivery service that allowed for easy pickup of mail or packages. They are convenient to beautiful Lake Livingston, and of course have their own lake on property. They also held park get togethers and celebrations for members and the general public. Overall, a great RV park that caters to all travelers both long and short term. I highly recommend them when you are in the Livingston and Polk County areas.

Both times we stayed there was a terrible sewer smell. They really need to do something about it. The smell is really strong at times and is very unpleasant. We gave it two tries and will not be going back.

I came here to visit family for the holiday. They were exceptionally accommodating. The staff was amazing. They even had a pot luck for the people that stayed the day after Thanksgiving. The landscape from the Cabins porches are beautiful. I was a little disappointed, I couldn't seem to get the hot tub functional but, well that's life. I will definitely be back and I would 100 percent highly recommend.

Stayed in cabin for weekend. Very clean quite and relaxing views. Will definitely be back.

We rented a cabin it was fully equipped with all you need bring food and clothes and you are a set.

Stayed there over a Friday- Monday (long weekend) and thought the park was nice. I was a little disappointed at the fact that there were no picnic tables for the short timer RV spots. These are the newer, non-shaded, spots directly when you come in the entrance and just past the camp check-in. I did noticed in their literature that the picnic tables are "coming soon", which is good. I just do not want people to be caught off guard when they arrive.

As far as the the camp ground goes it was clean and orderly. Very quiet and in a good location between the lake and town. I will say that there are a ton of long term (permanent) residents that get to enjoy all the shaded areas. So if you gonna be here during the summer and in a regular spot, you better be prepared to bake like most newer campground locations without trees. But for the time of year we were here (beginning of Nov.) it was very pleasant. We did enjoy our stay and will likely be back in the future. We will just be choosing to stay when its not 100° outside unless we can secure a shaded spot somehow.

Definitely check them out. The staff my wife talked to was very pleasant and helpful. With a few minor tweaks to this place, it will be 5 stars

I'm so sorry that I only have 5 STARS that I can give you and your staff because the service was worth far more than 5. We were treated like Royalty almost.
Louie and Christan were so helpful, professional and the best host ever. You can believe that we'll be back and bringing more RVIng friends with us. On a scale of 0 to10 with 0 the lowest and 10 the highest, I would rate them a 15 at least. Their rates are excellent along with the service.friendliness, amenities and most of all hospitality.
We wish them much much success and continued growth.

Even though our time had to be short there, we loved it. It’s a great place, and it’s very quiet and peaceful.

Has lots of amenities that are great for children very family, friendly and safe for the kids. Most of people are pretty quiet, but friendly. We’ve been here for a little over three months and have really enjoyed our stay.

I had ordered 2 cabins but found out only one got changed but the staff were so helpful that I was able to get another cabin without any issues. The cabins I rented for my self and siblings and their children were beautiful. The whole property was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it sadly we only got to spend one night we wish we could have spent more time. It was a wonderful small getaway.

Very clean and staff was friendly. Rates are very reasonable. I highly reccomend this RV park to everyone.

The cabin is clean. The only limitation is that we cannot play on the ground that is wide due to restrictions.
