Blue Sky Self Storage - Anna

Way over priced. Also I don’t think this place has ever thought of getting some pest control. Which is weird because they are located right behind a pest control business. Crickets, spiders and field mice were a problem. A little spray treatment around the foundation would do a lot of justice.

This place is AMAZING! After a bad experience at another place, we needed a quick move in. Blue sky did just that! We called in, got a same day availability and move in. The manager at the store is SO nice and helpful. Can’t recommend this place more!

The new manager Kershanda is horrible. 3 months in a row I kept telling her to put my card on auto pay and each month it’s not set and they charge me the late fee bc I was under the impression that they set up auto pay like I told them to. I reached out again via email and she has the nerve to deny she’s ever spoken with when she knows very well it was her as she is the only African American who works at this location.

I called to set it up the payment again and she continue deny talking time saying there was a note from may with the previous manager which is true but I know for a fact I spoke with her in July to terminate the rental on a unit and last month to make the payment since they removed my payment from my parking spot when they removed the unit from my account. And she still said my last contact was in may. So I confronted her and told her I spoke with her directly and she got defensive and starting arguing and just hung up.

I hope the owners see this and fire her.

I just want to make my payments and set up auto pay which I would think it something the owner would like as well.

Absolutely fantastic experience with them. Very easy to work with and super kind. The website is easy to navigate through and the staff is truly exceptional.

Kershanda was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can’t speak highly enough of how sweet, caring, and helpful she has been. Facility is super secure, and extremely nice. And a great location, too! A+!

Awesome manager! We used a climate controlled unit & ground floor access to our unit made loading & unloading very easy & manageable!

Great storage units close to Kershandahome and the property manager, was very friendly and helpful when we were out of state. Would highly recommend people consider this storage property for the prices, location and staff.

Kershanda was a very professional & friendly to deal with at Blue Sky Self Storage in Anna, Texas! She informed me that there had been a change in personnel, and I had nothing to worry about. Give her a raise, she is a gem.

If I could give Zero star I would. The storage place is in the country and that's fine and I used it for 2 years. The problem is when I called yesterday to close out my storage unit I had a super rude person named "Marthy" (or some name close to that). At first she asked me about my name and I gave her my name then she immediately asked "is that your last name? ". If you want my last name you should ask me first about my last name not "my name". Secondly, the moment I said that I would like to close out my unit, she said "ARE YOU THE ONE WHO FILLED MY TRASH BIN YESTERDAY? ! " I was not even there that day and the storage unit was empty most of the time with just a few items. Then she stated "WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUND FOR THE PRORATED AMOUNT". What? ! Did I ask you to issue a refund? I just asked you to close out the storage unit. Very bad customer service. Not even appreciating 2 years of my payments on time. Add to that I still haven't received a confirmation email that the storage unit is closed.
