We are new in town and loved our experience here. The food and Koolaid was AMAZING!
I was so full afterwards I needed a nap.

I had jerk catfish, blackened and my wife had the crawfish etouffee. Both were the best! Will be back!

My father and I just found this jewel of a restaurant last week! The service is impeccable along with the food! DO YOUR A FAVOR AND TRY THEM OUT! You won’t regret it!

The food here is epic! The crawfish etoufee is to die for, and so are the jerk chicken and large wings. The sides were also wonderful - loved the fries, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes. Everything is full of flavor and tastes homemade.

Every single time I go here they always say they are out of food or can’t serve me at that time! It really hurt my feelings the last time it happened, they even made me cry, they were so rude. Like third times a charm… I can’t get rejected a 4th time… guess I need to tan or something to get service.

We haven't got to come back here in 2 years because we live to far away but just like last time here it was absolutely amazing! The food is to drive for! Tulsa OK to Texarkana worth of driving! The owner and his son are extremely nice and very personable. The kids loved everything they ate and they can be picky sometimes lol. 100% will be back hopefully not 2 years from now. Thank yall for the great food, stories, and service!

I had 3 piece catfish with pinto beans and side salad, the pinto beans are good but a bit sweet, the side salad was good but no cheese and the catfish was ok didn’t like the batter. Then I also went back and tried meatloaf with greens and peas, the meatloaf had a vinegar taste and it was like pure ketchup on top didn’t care for it and the greens also had a vinegar taste kind of on the expensive side for the portion they give.

The food here is amazing - very high quality and great presentation. I had the Catfish New Orleans at the owner's recommendation, and it was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great food. Definitely need someone working the front. Maybe cut down on choices, too much to choose from. Food is good.

Yaaasss! I had the chicken and dressing and it was more than good. The 7 Cheese Mac & Cheese and Green Beans were awesome. I ordered the Asian Wings but my girls got to them before me which means they were good!

In person service is better than phone service. The food was very nice and over filling. Took them a minute to get it out but it was a wait worth staying for. I had the catfish with greens, cabbage, cornbread, and a ice cold glass of coke. It was worth the $23 I spent. It was so much food I had to take it with me.

If you've never visited Blue Bayou Wing Masters & Gumbo in Texarkana, TX, then you're missing out! The service was awesome and the atmosphere was really relaxed. I ordered the 3 piece fish plate. It came with 2 sides and a cornbread muffin. I chose french fries and green beans for my sides. The tartar sauce was homemade. I ordered fried Green tomatoes to go! They taste like an entre all by themselves! My goodness! Check them out at 720 Texas Blvd.in Texarkana, TX. You won't regret it! I definitely recommend this spot, and I will be back to visit!

The food was great! I went with a group of friends each with different plates and we loved everything. The vibes were welcoming and the service was good! The chef had us trying new things. There were even some dominos on the table and we played at it was a good lil outing. Nice spot.

Blue Water Bayou is amazing. We have been there several times since discovering it and we are wowed every time. Everything we have tried has been better than the last. It's a small place with BIG FLAVORS. You can tell that everything is made with love and care and they don't skimp on doing it right. Which means don't go if you are in a rush but sit down and enjoy yourself. Everything is worth the wait. And if they have the banana pound cake. GET IT. You will never be disappointed at this place.

I have been in Texarkana for 6 months and I have eaten everywhere! Today was my first visit and will not be my last! Absolutely some the best food I have eaten in a while. Service is great and again, food is as well. Worth a visit!

Showed up 1/2 hour before closing, the day before labor day, excellent food, excellent staff, friendly service. Definitely recommend, don't be discouraged by the modest appearance of the outside.
