Blue Water Courts Motel, Freeport TX

First and foremost this is not a motel, it's more of an apartment complex. All of the little things that come with a motel, ie. Housekeeping, clean linens daily, fresh towels, toilet paper there things are not included with your stay. I will say as far as hotel prices are concerned it is rather cheap to stay here for a week or two, and it is super close to the beach. The folks that frequent this spot are usually a little rougher than average church goer. Although we never had a problem with anyone. Did see a couple of good fist fights in the parking lot. Good times, oh yes good times. If u need a cheap place to sleep while spending 90 percent of your time at the beach then this place is perfect. Don't let the bearded, tattooed biker looking folks intimidate you.there are good folks here for the most part just minding there own business. Give it a go if ur in the area.

Very nasty. Rooms has roaches the owners daughter goes around bragging about her meth addiction. She harasses you for money so she can feed her gambling habit. The sewage situation is unspeakable. She lays on the ground and acts like a child. Place needs to be under new management or shut down. She's a drunk and a addic who's running that place into the ground. Summer is a horrible manager. Just an awful stay all the way around and I do not recommend to anyone. Says she cheap but 10 mins up the road and 25$ more is so worth it.

Good location for Surfside and The mall.
Room rate is better than other lodging, especially with Spring Beeak.

No no no no. Just no. This business pays a company to remove negative reviews and I have been leaving negative reviews since I first stayed here a yearr ago smh. I'm surprised this place hasn't been busted for the constant drug traffic ran by "mama summer" I wish I was in Texas so I could warn everyone there how shady that lady is.stay away.
