Very supportive and empathetic losing a pet. Timing was rushed to get Armin to them, so I couldn't have him picked up. They delivered his memorial box to us though, that was very kind of them. I deeply appreciated that.

This place has been great with two of my babies. You were so kind and sympathetic with Jasmine & Pickle the cat. Communication is tough but they have always gotten back to me and confirmed they would handle my babies. Shoot an email if you can’t reach by phone.

Worst customer service ever.

We called again after discussing scheduling a cremation this week earlier with them. Donna, who picked up the phone, was extremely unprofessional, callous, and unsympathetic. I have never heard someone be so unkind before. Talking to us rudely as if we are wasting her time, saying that they are completely booked up after promising to help us. We had even notified them much eariler of the decided day for pick up for cremation though text and email. You will NOT get in touch with these people that way, as they obviously do not care. This is not about them being booked up/not available, its about how rude this person was. I wish i could give no stars to represent how terrible we were treated and talked to. If you want compassionate people to take care of you and your dearly beloved pets, do NOT come here. I wish I had seen the newer reviews earlier because they are true.

My dog will be put down at 10: 00 AM this morning. I have been trying for 5 fays to get an appointment to speak to this place, I have left multiple voicemails and emails asking for assistance. All I have gotten in response is chirping crickets.wish I could give 0 star review for this place.
I guess I need to find another place to take my baby girl today.
