Super easy and practical! Love to swing in here to get my car scrubbed and then use the free vacuum to clean the interior of my car. I have a membership, which allows me to come in as often as I want.

I went there for the first time today and I was scrubbing g the hood of my vehicle afterwards. Maryia, an employee noticed and brought me towels, bug spray and made an unsolicited petition to the manager on my behalf to run my car through the wash again. The manager agreed and personally made sure that my car was throughly sprayed before I ran through the wash again. A above and beyond customer service. We will definitely be back!

Got a chip on my paint after using their car wash. Literally got my car from dealership few days ago, and now it's chipped. Stay away

I was very excited to try this new car wash, but then was very disappointed. Here’s why, I paid $16 for the highest level and expect at least my car can be washed well, but then the machine stopped two times during the process…. First time experiencing that from a auto wash shop! And my car come out some parts clean, some parts still dirty, also has triple color soap staying on my car, the water is very weak and very little amount during the washing process. That’s why there’s soap left on my car. Their vacuum is better than the car wash, relatively strong suction, but the vacuum tube is a little short, have to keep pulling all the time. Also the vacuum head shape is a bit odd like a streamer head, I wish they are like other auto wash places like a long straight round tube head, would be easier to reach the narrow part. Now I have to spend additional money to get another car wash…. Super regret

I have a compact SUV and the hoses are too short for it. This location also doesn't have the straight attachment, nor hanging for cleaning car mats.

Brian took care of me today and the experience was top notch. After assisting me choosing my package he informed me about the ceramic polish, which indeed was a good choice and his help and other staff while I cleaned the inside of my car was great. Clean location, towels available. Very happy car and new returning customer. Thank you!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! I DRIVE A BRAND NEW CAR AND FOUND MULTIPLE MICRO SCRATCHES ALL OVER! THERE WERE COUPLE OF DEEP SCRATCHES AS WELL. I FILED FOR A CLAIM BUT THEY DENIED IT! THEY SAID UPON REVIEWING THE PICTURES THE SCRATCHES ARE NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE MACHINES THAT THEY USE, HE SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE A MACHINE THAT SPINS! HE OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT! MY CAR IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD NEVER WENT TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH AND I HAVE THE MONTHLY PLAN WITH THEM ON ALL MY CARS BUT I AM WITHDRAWING THEM FOR SURE! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAR WASH THAT DO NOT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE THE CAUSED MY CAR! SAVE YOURSELFS THE HEADACHE ANG GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVEN THE MANAGER IN THIS LOCATION EVEN TOLD ME IT LOOKS SIMILAR TO THE OTHER GUY WHO FILED A CLAIM. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO!

Loving the option of just pulling up to the carwash, the arm raises and I go straight through because I purchased the monthly carwash package! I go when I want and how many times I want Staff do their job and no complaints on my end

Love this place very convenient, prices are fair, and the crew is very friendly. One of the associates came all out of his way to offer my kids lollipops in the meantime they wait for me to finished.i wish I had his name but thanks

Was going through the car wash with my children and were rear ended from the car behind us. My car was on neutral so during the impact my car rolled forward and hit the rotating machine that caused additional damage to the vehicle. The driver that hit us stated his car was on neutral and the machine pulled him forward too fast. The employee in charge at the time assured me my car vehicle will be repaired. They called me today and offered to pay 50% to the damages on the rear bumper only. This car wash is Not safe, bad customer service and a really cheap and inconvenient attempt to partially repair the car.

Good car wash, very friendly staff but if you try to unsubscribe it's only in person, if you call you get "YANIRA". She only speaks English, and has no experience with customer service, I'm trying to unsubscribe this and through the website it is impossible!

Blue wave car wash is great! Leroy! He is the best worker here by far! He is consistent and always very nice, helpful, fast & efficient!
