Went to get my truck washed this Sunday morning and had a flat tire as I pulled into the line. I pulled into a vacuum stall and the nicest young man named Nelson who worked there changed my tire for me. It was complicated and took a while but he was an angel and a lifesaver. They really have great people working there who go the extra mile to help a senior lady in distress. Thanks Nelson.

Quick, and did you know the wash is like 10 bucks. But for double that you can get unlimited for a month.

Establishment is well maintained. I appreciated the mat hangers for vacuuming and the air nozzle to blow out the dust from vents. There were also the added option of filling wiper washer tank.

I would love to say this about The store manager of this location he is a hard worker always to work and a lot of company need a great worker like him. This car wash changed so much it’s way more busy then it used to be the stuff is amazing. This the kind of manager that’s worth keeping. If I was y’all I would sign him a check for appreciation and staying dedicated to his position and to the company thanks Cosette Allison for changing the Beaumont location we appreciate you

I have been through many of these car washes after I payed they made me back out of line because I have a fuel tank in the back of the truck bed. Never had that issue in two years of using these types of car washes.

I'm a new member but I love this place. The people are friendly and welcoming and the car wash gets my car nice and shiny.just love this place

I visited BlueWave Express Car Wash at 3820 College St in Beaumont, Texas on 3/31/2023. The assisted manager walked around my vehicle and allowed me to proceed and then another employee guided me into the wash. While in the wash, my driver's side mirror assembly was broken. I drove out and immediately motioned for the female employee that was near. She took pictures and gave me an incident report to fill out. The same assistant manager came over and looked at the damage and said wow. I was then told that someone would be getting in touch with me but they didn't know when. I received a copy of the incident report and a card with an email address to the claims department. There was no telephone number on the card. I immediately called my husband so that he could handle it. He went by the location later that day and was told that he could call customer service on Monday. On Monday my husband called customer service and was told that they had no information on the incident but that it could take a week before someone would contact him. On 4/5/2023, my husband received a call from the customer service rep that only gave a first name and when asked.the rep REFUSED to give his last name. The telephone number was from out of state. The rep told my husband that upon viewing the video footage, that it was determined that the mirror was damaged before entering the wash. That was a LIE. Remember when I said that the assistant manager walked around my vehicle and allowed me to proceed and then another employee guided me into the wash. Both employees saw my vehicle. My vehicle is in pristine condition. This company is a RIP OFF. PERIOD. Will also file a complaint with BBB. Would give them 0 stars but wasn't allowed to post unless I put at least 1 star.
