BlueWave Express Car Wash, Houston TX

They broke my antenna off my Classic Mustang and REFUSED to make it right. It cost around 20.00 dollars to replace. Heck I even offered to replace it myself if they would offset the cost. Oooo no. We don't replace any antennas. Not going back here EVER.: (

Cheap and do it yourself, if you wash often it's great, but if your car is seriously dirty it's not going to get it all clean on the 1st go round if you don't. It's pretty much perfect for in between good cleanings though.

Go to this Blue Wave car wash. The staff are amazing and do a great job. Big Mike was very nice, professional, helpful, and had great customer service!

Have taken many of my vehicles to the Jones rd location over the years, the last time, my antenna was torn off and fender damaged. Over $1,000.00 worth of damage. They denied responsibility.

Super quick, but at times my package selected does not come out right. I asked for wax and protectant, but 2 times I don't get it, just a plain service.

I must say I’ve been coming to this particular BlueWave for a while now and it wasn’t until recent that I got a membership. Caleb approached me and explained the program that they have and really convinced me into purchasing a membership. He answered all my questions and treated me how a place of business should. A lot of people could learn a thing or two about customer service from him.

Free vacuum is nice. My car was not that dirty and it came out of wash with dirt spots. They allowed me to go back through the wash a second time and it still had dirt spots all over the car.

I used to go here but not anymore the machines never get the roof of my car properly so I'm left with dirt spots

Sorry mrg Randy that works there didn't care for service I received on Mother's Day. Went there to get truck washed and it was a half job. Told the mrg then he claims the wash had to be closed down. Didn't refund me nor did he apologize for poor service. No to happy with service will not be returning. Seems like every other the week the wash machine is down. Very poor customer service wouldn't put a star but I had to.

This is by far my most favorite car wash because of the free vacuums. They have the best suction in comparison. With other carwashes across the state of Texas.

Bluewater is a very good Low Cost Car wash? They provide alot of care not damaging your Vehicle!

Tore my license plate off my car. Will post the outcome at later date. Manger was a complete ass to me and his employees. The crew was nice tho.

Car was cut water haslf way through rinse leaving soap all over back of truck. Showed the tendant and he ran it through again with thr same result and his answer was "i dont know man, im just an employee ‍️". Got the number for a manager only to leave multiple VMs over a few days and no call back. Great job blue wave! Hope you stay in business!

Overpriced for what it offers.you can get same for half the price at other places on Jones.
16 dollars for the best option and my car was out in less a minute. I am not going back.

Was told I needed to remove my trailer hitch off truck. Trailer hitch is brand new never used and locked on to truck. Defeats purpose of driving through for a fast wash. I had to back out of line since I didn't have a key for the hitch.

I lile how this car wash has a vaccum on both sides of your car. Making it easy to clean both sides without pulling the hose across your car.

Michael at your Jones road location is the best. Always friendly and smiling, remembers me every time, great employee a asset to your company

Seems to be a problem with their gate today causing long delays to get a wash. However that’s not the main reason I gave it 3 stars. Their wash left scratches on the trunk of my vehicle. Never had a problem with their other locations. Only Stopped by this location today because it was the closest one to the office. Somewhat disappointed.
