Rude. Did not want to be bothered. Just rude attitude in office. Let me know it’s not usual to get to view apartment before move in. I can respect busy I can’t respect rude. I’ve never seen leasing people be as unfriendly and I inviting or uncaring as some of rental offices. Makes no sense to me. I wouldn’t want to have to live most these places and deal with it daily. It makes me sad.people deserve respect. I shouldn’t be a bother to you if I’m trying to rent from you and give you my money.
The staff here is A+. They were so helpful with the whole application process for my in laws and helped with the whole transition for moving to a newer place so much easier.
My mom lives in this community. Her apt is small and because of its location is dark and has a smell. When she first moved in it was so awful, now that we have purchased her an air filter that runs daily it's better. Maintenance has come several times to sanitize the air but it always ends up smelling like mildew a few hours later. My mom likes that their are events at the apartment. I just wish that smell never existed.
This place is about old folks that don't care about them just place to live they're over at my ranch looking at my horses and cattle
