Everyone was so nice, helpful and friendly.

The wait time between each person coming in was a little long, but it was my first appointment with them so we’ll see how my next appointment goes.:)

I had the worst toothache in my life that brought me to tears! But I looked up emergency dental care and they popped up.and when I got there i learned that I was not in network but they still saw me.and were sooo gentle and nice and very helpful and i would love nothing more to come to this dentist for the rest of my life this was just the best gesture I’ve had in a long time.they really do care for people! Thank you all i really appreciate you all!

Not at all happy! A porcelain veneer broke abs BLVD wants to charge $3000 to replace it! I paid $11K for 8 veneers in 2018 and I expected better customer service. I will give BLVD bad reviews on every social media platform!

Clear. To the point. In and out. On my way. Clean facilities, Service seamlessl, from FO to BO. Ask for JP. Runs a smooth ship.

Review Sept 2023:
I gave them another try because their prices were great with the Trive program.
I was pleasantly surprised at the high caliber employees they have now. Also, Dr Ronin is still there and he was always excellent!
The new office manager is great, he ensures the efficient and high tech office is run with knowledge, friendliness, and compassion.
My first appointment:
1) I had Marie as hygienist- she is great! She is knowledgeable and explained everything completely and listened to my concerns to address them.
2) Dr Ronin, fortunately, had time to treat an urgent tooth issue that very day. He is fantastic: painless, efficient, compassionate with extensive knowledge and skill.
3) My experience with dental assistant, Kayaini is also top notch. She has people skills, extensive knowledge, and highly technically skilled during procedure.

I'm totally impressed with the total turn around in past couple years with quality care at this dental office.

Old Review from 2019:
I went there to get my veneer reglued (I brought in the veneer) because it had come off. I don't have insurance so the estimate from the office is very important. I got an estimate for putting veneer back on will be $50.
The quality of dental service was great. My issue was with the clerk at checkout,
I was surprised to hear the checkout person added 2 extra charges; one for x-ray of the one tooth, and 'dr.exam". This would more than double the estimate.
These bait and switch for extra charges was quite a surprise.
I made it clear that in order for the dentist to reglue the veneer, he already was looking at it, an extra charge for this is not ethical. I didn't see the reason for the x-ray of the one tooth either, overkill.
I paid for the x-ray for an extra $29, waiving the Dr exam fee.
I left there feeling bad about being cheated by the checkout person in front. I don't recommend this office unless their bait and switch overcharges doesn't bother you.
I won't ever be back, I don't like unethical billing.

Staff is very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming. JP is a great asset to the office. Always professional and willing to listen to clients. Amazing facility

I set up a visit to BLVD DENTISTRY for June 26th by the friendly, helpful phone staff, JP! I was welcomed
by a nice receptionist with paperwork to complete!
Kenya came out after I completed paperwork and did my X-rays. She was efficient and kind!
Afterwards, Anna the hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly yet without pain! I am very sensitive so I was amazed that she could clean them so well without pain! When she finished, she had Dr Bonin come look at a problem area that was sensitive. He looked over my whole mouth, asked some questions and recommended what he thought should be done.
I really liked Dr Bonin because he is friendly, listens to you and gives you options if there are any. But mainly because he has a good dentist and he has professional. He did some work on my teeth a few years back and he remembered me and I have never had any problem with the work he performed!
I really liked Anna! She was great! She has a really cute personality, funny and gentle, just what I want in a hygienist! I requested her for all my follow-ups and even set her up for my husband and his return visits!
I highly recommend this dental firm!
I have trusted them for years, even when it was owned and run by Emily Graham and I will continue to stay with them though I drive over 35 minutes to get there. You should trust them, too.

Inefficient, uncommunicative, and expensive! I chose Blvd Dentistry because they were in my insurance network, but was horrified to find out that I was paying twice the price (with insurance) of what I was quoted without insurance at another expert dentistry for a deep cleaning. In addition, they filed the claim 6 months after the appointment and billed me another 5 months after that for the amount that my insurance unfortunately could not pay at that late date. I was stuck with the entire bill because of their lack of efficiency. The young lady at the front desk was rude and I felt like it was an imposition for her that I deigned to come into the office! Not good.

It would be a negative star for me as far as the people at the front desk and those that take care of the billing. But I give this review 2 stars because the oral hygienist is awesome! And if you have the money to pay twice the price for expert care.then Blvd Dentistry is for you!

If you want to get excellent dental care, this is the place to go. They are truly saving my teeth. Great staff and friendly service.

Friendly staff that always made me comfortable. The procedures were fine but I wish they used more numbing since I have very sensitive nerves. Sometimes left with more problems than I went in with, but they’re genuinely good people that want what’s best for you.

I was very pleased to be able to see my hygienist and be through in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Try to give a call ahead to cancel appointment sent me straight voicemail try to call again next day still sent me to voicemail they won’t let me cancel or reschedule bad customer service

The office is always accommodating with the schedule for my son and myself. Staff is friendly and courteous. Always happy with service provided.

I was very nervous about getting my teeth pulled. I have never had anesthesia before or any type of surgery. I felt very at ease with the doctor and the staff at BLVD Dentistry. From the check-in, the entire process was excellent. I would recommend it.

I’ll give it to the staff they were all nice. But I had a root canal done over a year ago. I told him from the get-go it wasn’t right. I got an infection last week over it! This Friday I go to have it all redone. (From a specialist) They have to pull off the crown and clean it all out. And that’s going to be another God knows how much money. That tooth has given me problems ever since they did the root canal. I’ve never been able to eat on that side of my mouth since I had done. If I did, it made my mouth so sore for about a week. I will never go back to them again!

Pleasant visit, staff and Dentist were great. However when checking out I was told I would receive a prescription for antibiotics and pain medication. Later the office called me and said the Dentist phone would not work with the Pharmacy for the pain medication? Not happy about that at all…… questionable

My husband was impressed with his visit he is looking forward to having dentures that fit correctly.

The staff is always great and Dr. Beetar is Fantastic. I appreciate the fact that he basically gives you a ’play by play’ of what he’s doing during his procedures. It lets one know what to expect and eliminates any surprises. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and a wonderful staff. They’re very precise and thorough with their cleanings and will have you in and out quickly!

What a lovely dentist! They genuinely care about the individual patient.
They’re very flexible on working with you through payment plan options if a procedure is out of your budget, that way you’re taken care of sooner.
