Paid for out swinging French doors with blinds between the panes. The blinds came dented. I didn’t make a big fuss because it was only one dent, although it was annoying. Less than a year later both blinds are broken. I can’t open the blinds on either door now which defeats the purpose of having French doors. I called and they said a man (George, I think) would come out to fix it. Never heard from them or him again. Absolute waste of money.

TRUCKERS Do not rush into the yard, park outside and WALK to check in, these folks will happily take care of you once you check in and theyre fast! In n out in 38 minutes, but once again I must stress Do not drive in as you will be asked to back out and park on the street, these guys are pros and will unload you quickly, be safe and god bless.

Wow. Nothing but illegals working. Can’t communicate. Don’t speak Spanish. When asked for someone who spoke better English was treated rude after that.

Every time I come in here, the people are rude and treat me like I'm automatically a moron, even when I have a legitmate question about ordering materials. I asked if they carry a certain type of material and the woman acted like I was a retard. I was looking for cedar, for timber framing. 8x8 posts, 6x12 beams, etc. A place that calls themselves Building Materials and Construction Solutions with a huge lumber yard shouldn't be treating me that way for asking if they carry cedar timber building materials. I have been here several times and got poor and ugly customer service almost every time. She acted like I pissed in her cereal with one simple question.

Safety is a part of service! I am writing this because too many times I have seen work trucks zooming in and out of neighborhoods. I witnessed a BMC West driver in our neighborhood who showed concern for the safety of our children by slowing down to below 10mph, putting his lights on and inspecting his mirrors as our children were released from school. This was an excellent representation of the company's values! Way to implement safety on the job and behind the wheel!

Called and they had someone at my house within a week! (We live an hour and 15 minutes from NB) Furman came to work on the doors and he was so kind, pleasant, and knowledgable. Excellent customer service by BMC!
