This dealership lacks quality customer service that you would expect from a luxury car dealership. You are not greeted warmly when you enter, and the environment lacks an overall welcoming atmosphere for customers.

This is the worst BMW dealership I have been too. The location tried to take advantage of me since I'm a female and believed that I didn't know anything about vehicles. They charged me $100 over in my oil change, and wanted to also charge me over $2,100.00 for a repair and 9 hours in labor cost that should only cost $900.00 in repairs with 4 hours of labor cost. I am so thankful I was able to take my car to a BETTER BMW dealership and have my services complete with a wonderful team. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I was in the market for a large SUV. Found exactly what I wanted. The biggest challenge: Flying out to Houston from Orlando. Chase reached out to me and set everything up. He made sure SUV was ready and in best condition possible. Provided all information I needed and inspected SUV on my behave since I live in Orlando. He was very honest in his service. I flew out to Houston and I was picked up from Airport. Met Chase, inspected and drove the SUV, filled out paperwork and outdoor in an hour. Very very professional service. It was worth driving back from Houston to Orlando. Chase provided the highest service and quality service he can. Thank you.

Recently bought a X5 M50I from here, i had an awesome experience with BMW Houston North, Randy Breaux, Client Advisor-eCommerce / Internet Manager is the best.i have been buying cars for last 20 yrs, i change car every 2 years and i will say he is the best and most accommodating. Kircher, Madison the finance manager was the best and easy to work with.overall if i could give 10 Star i would for this experience. Kudos to BMW of Houston North for giving me the best Car buying experience so far in my life

I took my car there to sell on Saturday, not only did they try to low ball me (that I understand as it's business), but what really got me disappointed was the fact that we agreed on a number and when it came time to pay, they told my their Accounting department was closed and they'd make sure I got paid on Monday when they come in.

I didn't hear anything from them on Monday and I had to call them twice before the product specialist who I did the transaction with finally called me and told me they'd get it done by end of day.

Well, they didn't. I had to call them several times the next day before they finally decided to send my money.

And when they finally did, it was $62 short of the amount we originally agreed on. And to add insult to injury, they didn't bother to offer any explanation as to why it was the case.

It almost was like they just tossed the money at me as a way to get me to stop bothering them.

I know it's just $62 bucks and it's really not worth taking the time and energy to argue over such a small amount of money. So I didn't even bother. But it's the principle for me and it's the wrong way to do business for any company let alone a company that represents such a quality brand.

Their continuous display of unprofessionalism and their nonchalant attitude toward me made to feel like I was asking them for a favor.

The irony here is the fact that I'll potentially be in the market for a car over the next couple of months and I've owned 4 BMW's over the past 6 years.

I love those cars but they've lost a potential customer and I'll make sure to never recommend them to anyone I know. I will also make sure the manufacturer hears about how they treated me.

I ended up falling in love with another vehicle make but I just wanted to say what a pleasure Chase Mock was to work with. He took the time to explain everything and gave me a few options with zero pressure. Not your typical car sales experience. I’ll be back when it’s time for my wife to upgrade.

Service is usually great. However, I attended a promotional event where they inspect your car for
free. The great, attentive service disappeared. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and haven’t experienced this. I will not attend anymore “promotional” events. Ugh!

Mr. Shaun Massaih and his team did fantastic job helping me put together an order for a new X5 and made sure I was updated on the status of manufacturing and date of the vehicle delivery.
They were all prompt in their replies to my emails. The total build up and delivery was less than 5 weeks from the date I signed the order.
The offer including the cost and the financial deal I received from this dealer was good. The initial APR rate was high but they immediately matched the lower rate I had received from my own bank (Doing my homework first helped).
The BMW genius team (Daniel and his team) are very professional and helpful in guiding me through setting up my car profile and tune up all the digital tools that come with this car (and they are many).
The only minor disappointment is related to lack of adequate knowledge or support of the EV/hybrid technology:
-The car I purchased is a plug-in hybrid one.
-The car shop team gives you minimal orientation regarding how to optimize the use of such technology. They did not even charge the car overnight for me to be ready on the day of pickup. Imagine excitement to be picking up your new car with such feature to find you cannot use it on your first trip to home.
-Poor understanding of charger set up needs
-The Wall mount charger (supposed to be level 2 charger compared to the basic level 1 that comes with the car) is not even available to purchase.
Other than this issue, I thing this is a very very good dealer. I recommend this dealer to anyone in the Houston area.

My service advisor was Diamond and she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the services that was recommended after my car was inspected and I will go back to this location based of her level of customer service and expertise.
