Five hours waiting for an oil change at the 20k miles marker and state inspection. Service team insisted I had to do wheel alignment. Which we did and it was just marginally outside the envelope. Five hours waiting and not even a coffee machine in operational condition. Did not plan on writing this review but since three days have passed, and the state inspection is still not entered into the state access database I am losing my patience with BMW of West Houston. Yes, I have options where I will service and also other brands I may choose.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW M440i, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the high efficiency of the sales process to the excellent customer service, everything exceeded my expectations.
Olga was very responsive, providing timely feedback and updates on the production of my new car.
One aspect that particularly impressed me was on the day I picked up my car, it was quite late, and the parts department had already closed. However, Olga, my salesperson delivered the mats to my home on the next working day after her shift. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and highly appreciated.
In summary, my experience with BMW and the M440i purchase was nothing short of perfect. I would definitely rate this as a five-star experience and highly recommend their services to potential buyers.

No questions on the professionalism of the service advisors and quality of service, but most I enjoyed was the conversation on energy transition and changing transportation industry with battery technology with Ms. Joanna Wolf who was the service advisor. Knowledgeable, professional, focused on customer experience, she brings true value to the dealership.

I was on a time crunch getting my car serviced and Jason helped change my brakes quickly so that I could leave ASAP.

Hope to drive my 2006 BMW for as long as possible. Online appointment for a comprehensive inspection is fast. Full report with video of the under side of the car provided after inspection. Big buck to replace the transmission and oil leaking but the advisor Bradley got a 10% discount on the total cost. The new transmission needs about three weeks to arrive and I am still waiting. With the new transmission, tires and brakes, the car runs great! It is easy to make an appointment with Bradley and he responded right the way even on the weekend and evening.

Renee was professional and coutesous! My car drove better and looked better after my visit! Thanks Sonic and Renee!

I have utilized BMW West for the last 5-6 years for service and I get timely diagnostics and repair costs for my vehicle. The service advisors have all been great! Upon completiin of the service, they offer a complimentary car wash, which is ALWAYS poorly done and the reason for my 3 star rating. I understand it is complimentary but for the prices paid for the vehicle and the repairs, I expect to get a decent wash job. My most recent experience, my vehicle was brought in following a day of heavy rain, repaired, and was washed following repairs, and as I pulled out the hangar unto the sunlight and saw bird droppings and dirt still on sunroof and roofing of the car! I found the front bumper still with a few dead bug residue, and dirt still clouding back up camera following a day driving in hard rains, dirt/mud splah still on door rocker panel. I have the rubber protective mats which I could see the front ones were vaccuumed clean, but back ones still dirty/mud, and the interior was not bothered to be wiped down of finger print smudges or the occasional drips of Starbucks/vaccuumed for the few crumbs on console or seat. I have used another BMW dealer for repairs and have gotten same service, but was delighted with the complimentary wash job so I know they can do better.
I have a monthly subscription to a local car wash so I took it there for a thorough cleaning.

Carlos was amazing. Got me right in, and fixed the problem quickly, the first time. Car came back clean and 100%!

I have bought multiple BMWs in Houston. BWM of West Houston and Jonathan Rivas give the best customer service period. Jonathan is an excellent service advisor. I live all the way out in Kingwood and will only take my car to BWM of West Houston and Jonathan to get it worked on. He is detailed in his communication and always tells me the best time to bring it in, so I can get a loaner car without issue. My husband is an Sewell dealership guy and he agrees Jonathan is as good, if not better, than his Sewell dealership advisor, which is a huge compliment too. Again, awesome service advisor and excellent dealership. I will only service my BWM with them hands down!
