Bo Tailor & Shoe Repair, Plano TX

Took one look at my shoes and said "can't" after about 6 seconds. I tried to move on to the other items I needed tailored and the guy started to walk away. They didn't seem too interested in helping a Black woman, but they were falling over themselves to help a White woman. It worked out for the best because it smelled rancid in there, like old fish and spoiled milk.

I needed a pair of shoes shined and waited too long to take them in. I called Bo and asked if they could help, I have 2 hours to get this done. They kindly helped me out AND did a very nice job on my shoes. Highly recommend them. Looking forward to using again.

I have had several alterations done here and am very pleased with the work. I will definitely be using Bo Tailor for any more clothing customization and dry cleaning

I have been a loyal customer for years and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. It is a quaint little shop with a mom and pop feel.

The zipper on my leather motorcycle jacket broke, and they did an excellent job fixing it. The woman at the counter was very polite as well!

She is just a cleaner an NOT a tailor. I can do the tailor work much better than her's. Don't waste your money and go other tailors.

I really like the lady who I believe owns this place. She is very friendly and so sweet. She does really good work as far as alterations! Which is all I've had done.

I called to see if they could do an emergency repair on my sandal (broken strap). She said please come in and we will see. I went to the shop and they fixed it in just a jiffy while I waited. VERY reasonable price, too!

Excellent service! Very professional! They have a lot of service here. You can get your clothes altered, shoes repaired, and they also have a drycleaning service (drop off and pickup but not same day service). I will continue going to Bo Tailor for all my alterations!

Had them replace the zipper on my prized, 30+ year old leather riding jacket. UNBELIEVABLE job-good as new! Great price, too.

Awesome shoe repair! Salvaged a few pairs of shoes- practically brand new! The owner has nearly 30 years of sewing experience so truly an expert! Very nice owners!
