Always a good experience.
Did the 'Benchmark' package for a bitnof pampering.
Haircut, hair wash, hot towel for face, paraffin soak for hands, and hand&forearm massage.

Good relaxed place, definitely make an appointment if it's during the week but they do welcome walk-ins. Either way they definitely do your hair right, no butchers there so far!

I came from out of town to see family and considering moving to Texas. My brother made an appointment for me with someone named Nichy for a Benchmark. It was the best haircut and the best experience of my entire life! I've never met a woman with such strong hands and is as sweet as can be. She literally had to help me out of the chair due to the fact that I was feeling like jello when she was done with me. What she put in my hair smelled absolutely delicious, my wife couldn't keep her hands off me (that's a first in a very long while)! I called to personally make my own appointment with her for the next time.she's no longer there! This is very bad business, this is my reason for giving only one star, I'm now on my search for her and I will not be returning to this location.

This was my first time here and I will be back! Parisa made me feel welcome and the service was wonderful! I totally recommend the Benchmark which includes scalp, face, hand massage. Very relaxing.

The cut was great, the service was great. I will likely be back!

That said, there was two things that detracted from the experience, and those are only relevant due to the times. First was the number of people in the building at once, though I'm not sure what could be done with that. Maybe have everyone wait in their car? Also, there was one client that wasn't wearing a mask properly (wearing it on his chin), and none of the staff made him put it on properly. Why bother taking tempuratures and having signs saying masks are mandatory if it isn't enforced?

The staff at this location are excellent. The stylists are talented, professional, polite, and good conversationalists. I've never had a bad haircut here. I suggest splurging on a relaxing Benchmark treatment that includes a face / neck / hand massage.

I have been a member for 3+ years. From the owner to the receptionist, the staff is great! The best salon I've every used!

Just finished my haircut with Donya. She did an absolutely incredible job and took an extreme amount of pride in the little details. I will be scheduling more haircuts with her at this location. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Best hair salon I have ever been to. Worth every penny. Highly professional, friendly and welcoming staff. Melissa a true genius. Been coming at this location for about a 7 months now and never disappointed. Highly recommended

Recieved a wonderful Benchmark by Diana and an amazing Traditional hot lather shave by the talented Parissa! An overall relaxing experience! Highly recommend!

Was charged $45 for a 10 minute buzzcut- no razor work, no shampoo, no beard, etc. Average quality cut for an outrageous price.

I had a worst experience ever today. She (Diana) left all patches on my hair and she burnt my head with very hot water. I really regret going to this salon driving 15 miles. It would be much better with great clips with $6.99. Not sure why paying $60 for the worst experience. I'm sorry but I was so frustrated and I've to put this review.

The only reason that I am not giving this establishment 5 stars is because I had an issue with one of the services. HOWEVER, the management team and staff went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They did everything a top notch organization should do and then some. I definitely recommend going here. Definitely worth looking in to obtaining a membership. I know I am!

Macie is a great at her job. She is very friendly and unquie sence of humor. I was in on 1/26/19 around 12. She is the only one I trust with my hair.

Carisa is personable yet always professional. She makes the customer feel like they are valued and important.

Have been going to this Boardroom location for years and highly recommend it. Unlike many salons, all of the stylists are rockstars and strive to meet your needs. All of this comes from the passion and physical attention from the owner.

I also recommend the membership if you get your haircut more than once a month.

This place is great! Definitely has a classy barbershop appeal. Melissa, who took care of my visit, did a superb job with my cut! Will be back for sure.
