Boardroom Salon For Men - Southlake

I made an appointment for a haircut and beard trim; was scheduled for the haircut with one employee and the beard trim with another. What I got was a 19 year old that had just finished cosmetology school and was hired a week before from Great Clips. Well, she was very nice but did not provide a higher level service, took about 15 minutes total, including a very superficial beard trim. Also, she washed my hair and totally soaked my shirt which she spent some time trying to dry with a hair dryer; finally told her to stop since I was soaked and it would not work. I think I could have gone to Great Clips and got a better experience for one quarter of the cost. Never going back!

It was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Late, horrible hair cut, rude, etc. I would not recommend

Website is up and running and taking online reservations just like normal but the salons are all closed.

Worked with Morgan, she did an excellent job of cutting my hair. This hair salon seems to do most of their cuts by appointment so call in advance. I showed up late to my appointment and had to wait an additional 20 minutes until someone had availability, but I knew that I would be late and wasn't bothered. Additionally, my wife loves my haircut which is a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to look professional and rub elbows with some other successful clientele in the DFW/Southlake area.

Summer is great! She listens and gives a quality experience. I've been one of her clients for over a year now, and I enjoy seeing her every 2 weeks at The Boardroom.

I have been coming here for over a year and it's always a great haircut and conversation. Summer is the best stylist and I always leave with a great cut and style.

Always have the best experiences here. The professionalism from the receptionist to the management team is extraordinary. I never feel rushed or out of place, and the establishment is in immaculate condition, considering the constant manscaping that goes on here. Margaret is the best, I recommend her if you want a similar impression of this wonderful place. 5 Stars all the way

Worst customer service! They only care for their annual fee once they get it they don't care about you or your satisfaction anymore. The management won't have time to reply to your mails or talk to you. I couldn't understand the craze for this salon, there are many better salons along the belt line. Don't get pulled in their scam, boardroom salon is next to good for nothing like place.

Be a walk-in at 1: 14 and see 3-4 employees standing around and be told 3: 45 is the earliest.

Cristine is the only person capable of making me presentable from the ears up. Best hair experience ever. I have had a membership for three years and can’t imagine having to go anywhere else. #gamechanger

It was a great place until recently - all the of the best stylists are leaving due to management - I fear if my favorite stylists leave I will likely have to forego further renewals at the Boardroom. The current manager (as I'm told) has made for a terrible work environment and the best talent is leaving.

I started going to the Boardroom about 6-7 months ago and have only regretted not going sooner. Teri does an incredible job! Even though it is a bit more than I used to pay, my wife is happy that I don't complain after every haircut as I did before. Also, being able to see Teri's calendar on their website is certainly convenient when I'm trying to make an appointment.

Margaret is outstanding! She does a consistent quality cut, is always on time & is easy to talk with. Her Benchmark package includes a relaxing hand, face & neck massage + wash/conditioner. She styles it up at the end. I go weekly!
