6Good ramp and facilities. At times some people are fairly inconsiderate while launching or waiting to load boat.
Great for catching fish by the bridge. I also love to take pics of brown pelicans here.
Goose Island is the perfect boat ramp to put in and explore St. Charles Bay and surrounding bays. It's a two boat ramp at a time, and there is a lot of parking. There is a fee associated with coming into the park, you can buy an annual pass to speed up the process.
Great place if you are interested in wildlife. The only real complaint that I have is, half of the park is closed & the ranger station didn't bother letting us know.
Love the day. What a special place with great memories. I do hope the state cleans and rebuilds this park.
