Bob Mills Furniture, Lubbock TX

My son and I went in on a Friday to look for him a new bedroom set. Salesman was very helpful and provided tons of information about the 3 sets my son liked. We came back the following Monday after measuring his room to see what would be best for him. The same salesman remembered us and worked with us to provide the best deal for our family. The overall experience was very positive and we were happy to find out the furniture could be delivered in just a few days. Thank you Lance for all your help!

We arrived to buy some furniture for our new home build my fiancé and me. We were greeted by K. Miller who was our sales person. We picked out a living room couch set and chose a bed set next. We were informed if we did not like the mattress, we could return it and buy another one if we wanted too. A couple days later I called Bob Mills in Lubbock. Spoke to Cyrus to notify them that we did not want the mattress that has not even arrived in their warehouse after all. We just wanted a refund on the mattress only. He informed us that if we were to do a full refund they would keep 40 percent of the money. Which we were not notified by our sales person upon purchasing. Now my fiancé and me are stuck between a rock and a hard place. I would have been more satisfied with our time there if we were noted the fine print which we were not upon purchasing.

Salesperson was stalking and would not allow us to discuss options. They kept providing input even as we asked for time alone. Very frustrating when they advertise “No shopper stalkers”. Ended up going somewhere else to purchase. When will they learn the customer has the last word.

I went into to Bob Mills Furniture today with a mission. I bought a buffet table in early July and was told by Ashley that it would be delivered in 2weeks! Today is October 31 and I still don’t have it! So I went in to Ashley’s and canceled the order and asked for a refund. My mission at Bob Mills was to find a buffet table suitable to my decor. I did! It was even better than what I originally ordered! I bought it and it’ll be ready for us to pickup this coming weekend! Robin and Amy were tremendously helpful! Mission accomplished! I’m a very happy camper and am now a loyal customer of Bob Mills Furniture!

The sales team was very helpful and friendly, allowed us to take our time to make a decision, and gave us relevant and pertinent information to make a great purchase.

Went in and they had exactly what i wanted. I wasn’t there even 30min. As a returning customer I’d definitely go back again! BEST THING WAS, It was in stock so no waiting!

Purchased two recliner chairs made by Home Strech at your store. When I got them home the electric powered chair operated fine. The manual chair has a problem. When you sit in it at first the back of the chair goes back to a position that it is reclining. You can not use the rocker feature as the back goes to a position that that you can not rock forward. You can not sit in the chair in a straight up
position as the back goes to the rear and locks so that getting out of the chair is near possible. Chair seems to sit OK when footlift is elevated but when it is lowered the back falls back and again you can not get out of the chair. I would like either a replacement, fix the chair or a refund. (I still have not recieved a reply.)

Everyone was very polite and Archie was are salesman and was very nice he let us look at what we wanted and didn't hover over us he came back once in awhile just to check and see if we needed anything what a good salesman

My husband and I went in to Bob Mills looking for a bedroom set. Our salesman Cyrus led the way to the sets and let us look around. We found one and were in and out. Cyrus made the process quick and easy! It was our first time to Bob Mills and will definitely be back.

We bought a bedroom set and a sofa/love seat set about a month ago. The bed rail busted after a week and the sofa's legs broke a week ago. They did send a guy to fix the bed and it seems to have worked and it looks okay but they are balking at fixing the sofa. They told us it would be a couple of months before they can get parts. Meanwhile the sofa leg rest won't shut anymore.

My salesperson Josh was very nice, patient and accommodating. The young lady at the desk was also very nice and helpful. I'm very excited to get my new furniture. The warranties on the furniture items that I purchased were amazing. The quality of their furniture is something I have been hearing about for many years. I have some family members and friends that said they will definitely be shopping at Bob Mills in the future after hearing about my experience at the store.

Bed match was quick & easy. Cyrus was very informative and did a great job helping us pick out a new mattress and adjustable base.

Our first visit to Bob Mills was amazing the sales reps were very helpful and patient. This is the #1 furniture store in Lubbock Texas. You don't have to wait for months for your merchandise to come in once you make a purchase. Unlike Ashley's furniture and furniture row where orders and delivery are so backed people will never get to enjoy furnishing their homes because everything is backed up. I started telling people at Ashley's that Bob Mills was the place to go if they were going to buy any furniture. I'm so glad that I went with Bob Mills for all my furniture minus my bedroom set. I had all my furniture within a month. While I still waited for Ashley's to deliver my bedroom set I had already paid for in cash 4 months later I was still waiting for it to come in. I made a call to corporate and they said it would be another 4-6 weeks. I had enough! Today I drove to Ashley's and got a full refund I went to Bob Mills and purchase a nice bedroom set. I totally recommend Bob Mills furniture to anyone buying furniture. Oh and if you see anything you want at Bob Mills like sconces or wall decor, they will let you take it from the store. Other places you have to order it and wait. Thank you Bob Mills for being a sufficient business man and for delivering your promises. Just like you say in the commercials if you want it, and I have it, buy it, and I will deliver it just for you!

Best customer service! Natasha was nice, friendly and went out of her way to help me. It was so nice to talk to an actual person, get answers and help right then. Will definitely buy more from them.

Just finished our second large furniture purchase from Bob Mills with Cyrus. He’s the man! Getting us the best deal, delivered in amazing time, and fixing any issues should they arise. He’s also an awesome logical opinion when my boyfriend and I are stumped on what to move forward with. Will definitely be working with him again in the future!
