My furniture never arrived on the date they gave me. They gave me another delivery date of 4 days later and still nothing, they wanted to give me the floor display I said no thank you I paid for new furniture I want new furniture, very disappointed

Val was our sales representative and I was content with her from the get go. She wasn't pushy, yet, she was there to take care of us ans answer our questions.
She was also bilingual, which is a huge plus in the sales industry.

I first went to Bobmills in Midland where thier customer service was terrible they didn't even acknowledge, greet me or anything. I was looking for a bedroom and living room set. So I left and went to Bobmills in Odessa the very next day. They greeted me attended me and made me feel they wanted my business. I bought my living room and bedroom set along with painting and comforter set. I now know Bobmills in Odessa is where I am going.

Paul was great at showing us options for our needs but giving us enough space to feel comfortable and not pressured at all. Quality furniture to make the perfect selection for our home.

Arielle was wonderful when it came to telling us about the bunk bed we were looking for and showed us our options too! Even got us sold on a new mattress with the mood base which is an absolute necessity for my feet and body overall. Thank you everyone over at Bob Mills!:)
