Bob Mills Furniture, Temple TX

Me and my wife went to Bob Mills after going to Ashley and having shopper stalkers. We wanted to replace the majority of the furniture we currently have. Our main goal on this visit was a master bedroom set and dining set. The staff was nice and did not stalk us. We did find the perfect king sized upholstered sleigh bed. It was the last one and the showroom model but it was so beautiful we had to have it. I was told no delivery was available because it was the showroom model. We found a couple dining sets and bedroom sets but we needed to go home and take some measurements. It was getting late so I paid for the bed to secure it and would come back Monday to finish my selections and pick up the bed. I called on Monday twice to confirm pick up for later the day and to have the bed ready for me. I arrived a little after 6pm and brought someone that I paid to deliver the bed. I went to the cashier and was told that the hardware and slats were missing for the bed. Then was told they would keep looking and would call me the next day. They call the next day and said they found “some hardware that would work”. I said ok and proceeded to try and schedule to have someone help deliver the bed. I was having trouble securing someone since I have a busy schedule. So I called Bob Mills thinking “Hey, since this transaction is not going very smoothly maybe they can help me out and can possibly get it delivered”. Nope! I live about a mile away in the canyon creek neighborhood. They have a delivery van onsite. I would load and unload myself. Nope! My sales woman said we don’t deliver items from the showroom because everything has to go to the Waco hub first and there is a chance it would get damaged and then if we did it would be $100. So I ended up getting refunded, we did not end up buying the dining set or bedroom set that we had picked out either. I just don’t understand. We were going to purchase other items that were going to need to be delivered and then have to pay an extra even if they decided they would deliver it. I’ll just take my business somewhere else.

My wife and I were so pleased with the personal care given to us by Stephanie in the Temple store. From browsing the floor samples, selection, purchase, and delivery, Stephanie stayed close and answered all our questions. She was the perfect rep for Bob Mills.

They have Kincaid furniture! Will probably be buying a bedroom suite from here but they are a bit expensive. Check Rooms To Go first.

I have shopped all three mega-furniture stores in the Austin, Texas area, and non compare in service, quality of the furniture, and price as does Bob Mills Furniture. I shall return to Bob Mills for my next purchase.

First of all, T was our sales rep and directly greeted us when we first came in which I appreciated. She was very friendly and not pushy. I bought a new couch for my mother and T made sure we were taken care of and informed us of any incentives that the store had. However, this store seems to not enforce a “Mask on policy” given the circumstances we are in, I am highly disappointed in how the employees of this company are not taking our current situation seriously. I came in a second time to bring in a friend I had referred, I had very high hopes for this store and a woman greeted us without a mask. The service is exceptional, I had no problem with our sales rep however I’m sure this business could do a bit better in enforcing a mask policy to protect their customers and others.

We had a great experience at Bob Mills in Temple. They had a great selection and the price was good. We were able to complete the purchase and set up delivery really quickly. The furniture arrived today and the delivery crew was right on time and very professional. Overall, I'm very happy with our purchase and we will definitely be shopping there in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our living room sectional sofa from Bob Mills Furniture. Our sales consultant Stephanie was helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend shopping here!

Ron was very nice, very knowledgeable and informative. You could tell he knew what he was talking about and passionate about it. We were pretty indecisive, and he remained patient with us. Temple location was very organized and clean.

We recently ordered living room furniture and we are very pleased. From us finding furniture we love at a good price, to it being delivered and set up perfectly. Kelvin and Donald were careful with all the furniture and set up exactly how we wanted it while being very friendly and personal. What a great experience!

Salesman (Gary) was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping us find just the right furniture. We are very pleased with the pieces. And delivery men (Kelvin and Donald) were super friendly, entirely patient in making sure that we were satisfied and extremely careful of our home and our furniture.

We wanted to buy a bed but I was so upset with the presentation by the salesman that my back hurt. We were not stalked, we were speared and drug into the boat, so to speak. We may not come back.

Very nice place to find furniture. They make suggestions and then let you look around. But are also available for when you have questions. Our salesman was very knowledgeable but not pushy! Price was good for the quality of the pieces! I would definitely recommend friends to try this place.

We are very pleased with Bob Mills Formiture. My husband and I bought a bedroom set, and when they delivered some parts came with some defects. They parts were changed and delivered without extra cost. Marcy, was awesome helping as with everything. Súper satisfied Customers.

I appreciated the professional delivery service from Juan (?) and Donald. They were nice and both took extra care with my dining table by placing a quilt on the floor while putting it together, to prevent scratches. Thank you guys and Bob Mills!
