I like Bobos. They have a great variety of plants and trees, along with great prices. Goodbye to Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart garden centers. Better prices at Bobos.

UPDATE: The nursery contacted me and apologized for the way my complaint was handled and explained their policy to me. They were very nice and offered an incentive for us to continue shopping here, so hopefully I can get another elephant planter. They do have lovely, healthy plants, and I am happy to continue shopping w/them.

We have bought from this place over the last two - three years. Spent a considerable amount of money here. Not only bought plants for our place, I have approximately 150 plants in pots, but we also bought about 30-40 plants for our Church landscaping this year as well. Last spring we bought among other things, a small painted elephant planter. It wasn't very expensive. I think it was about $15.00-$20.00. But one year later, the clay is chipping off, it has been on the same plant stand, and nothing is hitting up against it, etc. The paint is all but gone off of it. I liked the planter and when we were in the nursery last week spending money on plants, I asked the man at the counter about the planter, as I was wondering why it had not lasted well, within a years time. I have had some clay pots from Lowes/Home Depot and other Mom and Pop places, for 10-15 years. The guy basically told me oh "well they don't last forever". I wasn't asking for forever, but it should've been in good shape for years. He offered nothing. No reason as to why it didn't last, etc. No, I'm sorry about that. Nothing. So I contacted them on FB messenger. They read my msg, but I did not get a reply at all. Still haven't and its been days. So, if Mom and Pop places want business, maybe stand behind what you sell, or else people will go back to the big chain nurseries, as they would stand behind their pots and even their plants, that's why you keep receipts. Even though they have a large selection, there are still other nurseries. I assume customer service, isn't their "thing". Some other man was sitting there when I told the checkout guy this issue, he said nothing as well. Only friendly person we encountered was a little old man that worked there, and asked to carry out our plants. We have been to the newer Bobo's down the road, they were friendlier there. In a world where customer service is dying, it would've been nice to at least been considered important enough as a customer, for a reason, an excuse, or something, for buying a product that wasn't up to par, obviously.

Plenty of what plants are in for that season. Employees are really friendly and helpful. Prices are really good, and I don't pay a lot for something that I might kill. We live an hour away, and I will be making monthly trips.

Went to hear a talk on roses and met a new friend. Nelson was so informative and easy to listen to. Had the crowd rolling! Jeremy was running the show today, and he was very personable and knew a lot about all the plants. I was excited to hear how much they invested back into the community. I'll be back they have good prices, but what I noticed most was the health of all their plants. I didn't see any unhealthy plants, and they had a LOT of plants.

Loved the plants, seem very healthy.
Don't pet the cats, the big white cat bit and scratched my 9 yr old son after the cat came to say hello.

Bobo's Nursery & Florist was called on to do flowers for my brother's funeral. The flowers were fresh and the arrangements were really beautiful. Thank you for taking such care with the assigned task and making the flowers a glorious tribute to my brother John.

I loved it. Only had a very short time to spend there. Beautiful plants. This place could definitely get you in big trouble if your a plant person. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
