Bob’s did a fantastic job on a storm door replacement. It was a complicated installation due to prior construction mistakes. They were on time and the service and product was top notch.

I was not there when services were provided so I am unable to speak about courtesy and professionalism, however 2 seconds after the technician was done I got 3 phone calls back to back about payment.
As if I was not going to pay.
I was at work and my patient required my attention at the same time the tech was completing his service. It took about 5 minutes to send payment. Did not care for that at all. I have never not paid for a service that I requested. Will no be using them again for that reason.

My wife contacted Bob's about solar window screens and enclosing our porch. They came out pretty quickly and gave us a fair estimate. We did have to wait a bit for them to fabricate the screens, but it was worth the wait. When they arrived, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The job was done in two days and they cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely pleased with the work and would recommend Bobs to family and friends!

I am so pleased with Bob's! As a business owner and a home owner I got 3 estimates to replace a broken livingroom window and a broken window inside of my patio door. You can't even believe how many times I went back and forth about replacing my whole door versus replacing just the glass inside of the door because I just knew it would be expensive for just the glass. Out of all the estimates I received, Bob's estimate came in last and boy was I glad to see it! The price I received from Bob's to replace both windows to include labor, was almost exactly the price to purchase just the new door alone, so Bob's had it hands down! Something else that's very important to me as a consumer, was the personability of his office staff and the guys that came out were also very friendly and personable. When I told him how pleased I was with the price, he stated that because of Bob's reputation they often get items in faster and at good prices so they pass the savings on to the customers instead of just pocketing it! Now that's a business you love to support!

Lastly, I hope I don't have any broken windows anytime soon but if I do, I have Bob's on speed dail! Trust me, don't even waste time on 3 estimates like I did, JUST CALL BOB'S!

We needed only one solar screen for one window to be installed and they did a really good job. Great experience from the first phone call all the way to when it was installed. Very friendly and very good communication.

After measurement, quote was good and screens were built in 3 weeks. I received another call to set an install date.

Installers showed up and covered 12 windows in about 30 minutes.
