Bodegas Taco Shop reviews
18I have wanted to stop here for a few years. FINALLY and no disappointments. Best taco salad I've had in a long long time. My hubby loved his too.will make sure to stop again on our Hermann Park visits! GRACIAS!
How is a mexican restaurant not know how to season taco meat? And why is there no onion amd cilantro? Is it just me or are my standards to high?
Visited for the first time and I have to say that this was the best queso I’ve had in a long time! I didn’t even eat the tacos because I couldn’t stop until I demolished the queso. Next day, the tacos were hitting!? I’ll be back!
Menu says "Combos" but nothing is included. No drink, not even chips. Just an overpriced burrito all by its lonesome on the plate. Very pricey for what you get, and menu is deceptive.
The service was amazing as soon as we walked in we were greeted the food was delicious and Anai was a amazing host will come back again!
I'm sorry but this place is I paid $7 for two breakfast tacos that were horrible eggs all soggy with no seasoning, and the chicken tasted old. I rather eat McDonald's than this. These people are not friendly. I asked several questions and was not heard once bc of the loud music so I just gave up. If you're going to charge those prices at least make handmade tortillas and please give more than one salsa in your orders. Not worth it at all.
Overall just bad food, chicken was hard still, rice tasted like plastic, beans were cold, awesome staff it’s just the food that’s been served there!
Visit this place often but never again after today, bad customer service. The server had a bad attitude with the couple in front of me then tried to rush me through got an attitude when she got my order wrong and i didn’t want to accept it tried to tell me i asked for something different but wait surprisingly the Caucasian couple behind received smiles and was patiently waited on even changed their order (her whole attitude was different). I am disgusted and will not return, Houston had plenty of places to eat at.
It was good. Nice plantains but enchiladas weren't spicy enough for me still good though! Would go again
I ordered fish taco the cook accidentally gave my food to the person that ordered after me. After waiting an extra 30 plus minutes I got my did and it was just ok ️
Not a good place. It's missing one of the most important aspects of the Mexican culture, hospitality! Service absolutely sucks! Staff has an attitude problem, specially the guy at the bar, thinks he's making you a favor. Just bad vibes from the moment you enter the place. Also the tacos are nah. Overrated and expensive. I'm Mexican so believe me, I know.
Good food but while I was tasting the sauces to remember which one I had last time the guy at the cashier yelled at me being impatient and very unprofessional which is why I will never go back.
Love the shrimp taco. Lots of shrimp in it with fresh vegetable and avocado. Service is good.
No to the barbacoa tacos today. My sister had a doctor's appointment next door, so we thought we'd grab some breakfast tacos. We had tacos there before and they were good, but this time I was craving barbacoa. I could not be more disappointed. The tacos were so greasy it was just absolutely not what I expected from barbacoa tacos. The tortillas were drenched in grease. Even though they were wrapped in foil, the foil was greasy, too. Whoever made them needs their eyes checked. You don't serve this. The saving grace was the green sauce.
I love Bodegas. No matter where I stay in Houston, I always stop in for some delicious carnitas tacos! Yum!
I had the pork enchiladas with pablano cream sauce. The food was really good and the guy taking orders was very quick and thorough.
Located in the medical park plaza area. Busy location but well staffed so you move quickly through the line. I usually visit after my doctors appointment. Tacos are way better that a lolipop.
