Erica is amazing. I love this place. She’s very warming and professional. I get the slim shots and when I first started coming here I was 213lbs. I lost 20 pounds my first month and now I’m currently at 183. I just got my second bundle and I can’t wait to continue coming here for my weight loss journey.

I got Covid the third week of October 2020. I ended up needing antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler to be able to breath. I could not walk 10 feet without being short of breath. This is important to note because I’m an avid runner. I was running 4 to 6 miles a day pre-Covid. I tried to walk, then run after treating a Covid for three weeks. It took me 18 minutes to walk a mile. I could only do a mile. By the end of November, I still could not run easily, without being short of breath and after I would push myself to run 4 miles, I would need four days to recover because I would be so fatigued. It was so frustrating. As a matter of fact, I got bronchitis, two more times after having Covid. These symptoms continued until December 28th 2020. On this day, I called Shawna at Body by Aura and ask what they could give me to help with energy and get the 10 lbs off that I had gained over the last several months. Shawna educated me on a therapy called Thymosin. I told her I was willing to try anything. I ordered it that day and received it Wednesday afternoon. I was so excited, I gave myself a shot immediately. The next morning, I gave myself a second shot. By that evening, I decided to go for a run. To my surprise, I was able to run 4 miles without any shortness of breath and I wasn’t extremely fatigued after the run. As a matter of fact, the next day. I felt even better and ran 5 miles. It has now been 6 days since I started this therapy. I can’t say enough positive things about this therapy! I am sold and will use of I ever get sick again or have an injury! It’s well worth the investment.

Erica Rountree is the consummate professional, who goes above and beyond to assist. She has been helping me out with food sensitivities for the past few months, and has provided top notch service.

I recently saw Erica Rountree the director at Body by Aura for food sensitivity testing and to receive a full body composition analysis. Erica was so friendly and inviting and I immediately felt so comfortable discussing my health and wellness goals with her. After we received he results of the analysis she discussed each aspect thoroughly. Through out our time together in that meeting she even began to help pave a way to help me with another area. On top of that, the office is beautiful and they offer a variety of services and products along with the educated guidance to help achieve your health and wellness goals. Love this place. Erica is so sweet and helpful. I was recommended here by my friend and I recommend this place for the rapid weight loss program. I went in thinking I was going to do the short program -but I ended up to the longer one and will be back to do more rounds!

If you are ready for some serious discipline and remarkable results, this is the place for you! I started my journey with Dr. Toutounchi on March 6th, today is March 29th and I am 16 pounds down. This plan has truly made me pay more attention to grass fed products and other organic options.
I even tried some of the provided supplements to assist with my sleeping pattern and vitamin replacements. My insomnia has improved and I feel phenomenal. Ready for the next 16!

I'm currently doing the 21 day rapid weight loss plan. I'm on my first week and have loved the program so far. The office staff and Dr. Toutounchi have been amazing and supportive. I've never felt so much encouragement to be successful. I will do a follow up post once I have finished the plan with my results!

Was skeptical about seeing a wellness specialist to boost my workouts. After 3 visits, my wife is now booking my appointments for me! Can't recommend this enough. Dr T knows her stuff. I feel like I'm 22, energy levels are through the roof.
