I couldn’t be more pleased with Boerne Kitchen & Bath! Mark (owner) guided me through the selection process with expertise and ease. My PM, Kevin, did excellent work, taking his time to do it right and to my satisfaction. I valued his insights and suggestions. In addition, he was timely and reliable. The project stayed in budget and was completed on time. They were able to make my vision a reality! Highly satisfied with the process and the results!

I interviewed a number of contractors to remodel my large master bath. I chose Boerne Kitchens and Bath because, although the bids ended up close to each other price wise, Mark Burns seemed to be the most understanding of what I wanted in terms of functionality and finishes. We required a very short timeline to get the work done because we had visitors coming, and Mark, Michael and crew did a wonderful job that met our deadline and came in on budget. I've had nothing but compliments on the finished bath, and highly recommend Boerne Kitchens and Bath

I had Mark & his team out to remodel our master bathroom. I've had other contractors in the past and have always felt like they were expensive & unresponsive, and sometimes unskilled. Mark's team was not that at all - his bid was in the ballpark of other contractors I called for, and his work & draw schedule were right on point. He offered great ideas in areas I was unsure about, and I was thrilled with his (& team's) work. After the bathroom was done, I had them out again to do work in my kitchen. I would definitely call them first next time I need work done.

Do not use Mark Burns to do any work anywhere. He will gladly promise you many things and then take your money. Good luck getting him to finish a job as promised or ever get him on the phone.

I am in the middle of my bathroom remodel which I was promised would take 4 weeks, and we are now on week 6. Mark Burns stopped communicating with me and my husband about 2 weeks ago, when we were inquiring about the status of our project since it had been 3 weeks into the project, and only demo had taken place, and the new tile was installed. Many days have gone without anyone here working. Mark has pawned us off onto his co-worker who (admittedly) has never supervised a job before. Work is having to be repeated twice, things are being done with very low quality, my husband and I are having to point out when we should be making selects, when we should be choosing paint, sequence of work, etc. There has been little to zero focus placed on our project and we are stunned that this organization has such high reviews. We feel like we are GC'ing our own renovation? When we asked Mark what had happened and why there was so little focus on our project, his response was. "I guess I dropped the ball"? Since that point, he has still not been involved, and continues to push all responsibilities to someone who lacks the experience to handle such a project. Mark has not stepped up or done anything to make things right by us, and the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure where to turn, but thought it was worth mentioning. When you are paying north of $30k for a bathroom remodel, you certainly expect better than this. Deeply disappointed! Beware. I will provide an update when he project (if ever) is completed.

The staff is very knowledgeable. I walked away with a ton of ideas and no pressure. I will highly recommend.

WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY KIND OF WORK FOR YOU. I hired Mark Burns, owner of Boerne Kirchens & Bath’s to install a bathroom in my barn apartment. After I paid him the entire balance for the job I realized the shower had a leak and leaks all over the bathroom floor. I have reached out to him several times to fix the issue and he will not answer the phone or return my call. It’s Sad in a town such as boerne contractors are getting away with this but I wanted to let others know so this doest happento them
