Boggy Creek Farm reviews
10Very huge & large farm. You could volunteer here or buy some groceries. The staff is friendly.
Love coming here for fresh fruit and veggies! Great place to walk around with the kids and see the garden & chickens. My favorite part about coming here is how friendly staff is
The farm hands and shop keepers are all great kind people! I love their eggs and their cajeta it’s also so pretty here feels like walking into a beautiful idyllic scene in the middle of the city
I would come back but I really didn't like that a 3.5% credit card convenience fee showed up on my receipt. This wasn't shown up front and hidden fees leave a really bad taste in my mouth.
I had discovered this place, this farm, in our sweet city! I wanted happy chicken eggs and I felt they would be the ones to help me out with that. They were out of their own farms eggs but I got a very nice dozen they carried from a nearby farm, as backup. I was still very pleased with the eggs I purchased and I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you
Great visit & fabulous FRESH vegetables, eggs, honey, meats!
Cook with the freshest around! Beautiful flowers as well!
Yup, well, it really is a ‘farm’ in the city. Less of a farm and more is a small holding, it’s somewhat overly rural, but will definitely appeal to those with a nostalgic, organic perspective on things.
It is however not a farmers market, in that there’s no range of vendors and things to buy, but it is a market for this farm, in that you can buy the produce (mainly veg & leafy greens) produced right there on this small farm itself.
I love having a local neighborhood farm that I can get fresh veggies from. They also sell pecans, pottery, honey, cookies, meat, all sorts of wonderful things from local small businesses. This is without a doubt one of the best hidden gems in Austin. Plan to volunteer soon!
The property is so beautifully organized, we can't wait for the next visit when we can enjoy the harvest and help if needed.
Delicious produce and really friendly staff. The farmhouse is historic and the trees are incredible. Winter is my favorite season for vegetables. The have local fruits meat cheese eggs cornmeal. Plus what they grow is so fresh and flavorful it makes it hard to buy from anywhere else. Get their early because they often sell out especially their eggs lol.
