Bona is a great place to get started with a routine that works for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be hanging out @ Bona as often as I am able. There trainers are also quite knowledgeable.

Would not recommend. The place is run down, dirty, disorganized and chaotic, not to mention the smell. The gym shows no signs of having been clean anytime in recent history, despite the 30$ cleaning fee they tack on to your signing fees. I can’t exaggerate how grossed out I feel every time I leave this gym.

I love BONA have the best machines for your workout and if you want to do a hard workout is indicated place.

This place has been my 2nd home during the past 4 years since I moved from my country to USA-TX, this place has seen all my changes, good and bad days.all that I've been through.definitely the best place to train and the best place to connect with when the workout is one of your main activities to do! (Sorry for my bad English)

Great gym. Not a meet market and not one of those posh gyms for the rich and fake people. This is a Real Gym for Real People! They have all the necessary equipment and free weights to get your butt in shape. Atleast 8 different trainers with different levels.of certification and specializations. Javicz Jones, Britney Lee and Jonathan Norris are some of the best ones I have used personally that come to mind! Sign up and get membership or go month to month. As a member you can have 24 hour access to the main gym. They also have a chiropractor and massage therapist on site for whole body wellness. They offer great coaching, supplements, meal planning and prep as well as a whole body analysis to find the right training that works for you. How can you go wrong?

A very lovely gym and everyone is so nice but they will scam you out of your money. I literally owed like $110 and the worker himself confirmed that in the email. Initially, a lady told me I owed $300 for months I wasn’t even at the gym anymore and I told my trainer I wasn’t coming back and they still charged me. They got that straight and he told me my new Balance but at that time I was unemployed and couldn’t afford to pay them. Today I get a email from a recovery company stating I owe them $740 which is a whole lie and a whole scam. The fact that it’s black owned is why I was excited to be apart of this gym. You see stuff like this and it’s like wow maybe I should’ve avoided the place from the beginning. Again, the people are wonderful but it’s definitely shady practices going on when it comes to collecting past due balances. If you apart of this gym and doing auto pay, make sure you check the what’s coming out of your account. I’m going to post screenshots below of what someone from their office said & what was sent to me by the recovery company.

Weights and CrossFit room are great, good selection of machines and weights. Sauna is nice and having sanitizing spray bottles is good. Great environment, everyone having fun.

My compliant is with the horrible maintenance of the mens restroom. Missing ceiling panels, showers pointing at the walls, showers with little to no pressure, no provided towels, towel hooks broken, no toilet paper at times, soap and shampoo missing/always running low, one toilet is always running (wasting water). When I brought this up with management they said they’ll get to it, but they’re working on “other projects”. Irritating when the papers on the wall say let us know if there is a problem.

This gym is amazing been going for a few months now and everytime I step in I’m so motivated to do better in the gym because of the people that work there and the people that also go there. If you want a gym you know you will be supportive at and motivated at check this gym out. The atmosphere just makes you wanna come back everyday and not wanna take a day off at the gym. It’s a great place for anyone to start a gym journey and see great results.

BONA is the best gym in Katy! Doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked out a day in your life, there is a spot for EVERYONE. Front desk staff is very attentive and has awesome communication. Also has a really cool mural

It was a little intimidating when I first got there but once I started working out it was back to the grind. Had the best workout in a while.

Zero judgments, super encouraging and this means everyone from employees to members! No obnoxious muscle heads. A proper gym full of people just training to get fit and healthy or to continue their personal development. Awesome

I’m so glad I found BONA! The staff is super helpful and very friendly. There is a ton of equipment for all different levels of fitness. I also love that they have different trainers and can help find the right one for you. I’ve been going to BONA for about 3 months now and I’m so glad I made the decision!

The people there are very friendly, the owner takes pride in his building the locker rooms are beautiful.
