First time trying Korean chicken. Overall it was very tasty. If you like spicy, there is a selection that will have you sweating. I got the combo of drumsticks and wings. I preferred the wings because I was expecting something different with the drumsticks. The staff was accommodating and my order didn’t take long. The zucchini fries were so good! Glad I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Service was slow, so very slow. We knew it would take at least a half hour for our chicken wings to arrive, but it took a long time to even get a server to take our order. Wings were good, but nothing else we tried was worth the price. Probably won't return for dine in. I could imagine ordering wings to go, though. They had a lot of carry-out orders while we were there.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Bonchon restaurant known for its delectable Korean chicken, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance. The menu boasted an impressive array of flavors, each dish crafted with utmost care. The Korean chicken was a revelation—crispy on the outside, succulent and tender on the inside, and bursting with authentic Korean spices. The accompanying side dishes were equally delightful, adding depth and variety to the meal. Without a doubt, this restaurant has mastered the art of Korean chicken, leaving me eager to return for another unforgettable feast.

Food is generally good but $11.25 plus tax for 4 drumsticks! That's too much. The plain fried chicken drumsticks is awful tasting, but the soy garlic is delicious; still almost $12 for 4 drumsticks is too much. Not to mention the fries, they were a NO for me.came out all starchy and so soggy it was more like mashed potatoes.

My friends recommended the place to me, so I decided to try it out. My server, Chloe, was the friendliest, sweetest server ever. The food (I ordered the small half & half soy garlic/spicy boneless wings) was AMAZING. I definitely recommend!

Our server Chloe was beyond great the other day. The chicken katsu she recommended definitely hit the spot for me. The mixed drinks were pretty good aswell. Definitely coming back for more.

Karen served us at the bar excellent customer service this is good since we are new to the area. Mango lemon drop and korean tacos is delicious. Looking forward to coming again

The old Large meaty drumsticks have been replaced by smaller grocery store drumsticks with bones and tendons. Sad because this was the only place you could find the big ones. Seat fabric and seating is torn and damaged.

We always loved Bonchon but it has been getting worse each time. Tonight we ordered take out of 30 strips and this is what we got. Absolutely unacceptable! Thin 3in long hard strips. Will not be coming back.

Upon walking into this bonchon, there was no employees in sight until three of them came from the outdoor seating area and stared at us with a smug look as if we’re interrupting their down time. After the employees see us sitting there none of them served us until thirty minutes later, we noticed them just talking and mingling with each other and a fourth employee came from the kitchen and sat at the bar. After mingling with each other someone finally asked us if we’ve been served and that’s when they all scattered. As we were waiting for our food (we took it to go because the service ruined our mood) we could hear the employees loud and clear. Like excuse us for eating at your restaurant for dinner and making you ‘work’. Probably will not be coming back to this place. I hope management actually reads the reviews and have a talk with their employees about this terrible service.

I went during my lunch break and the service was fast, the food was great and our waitress, Chloe had a smile on her face the whole time!

Would you call these chicken strips? I asked about the size of the chicken strips and I was told sometimes they are long and sometimes they are short. I ordered a ten piece and got eleven, my son took one before I took the picture. This was one of my favorite places to eat but now I think I will not be coming anymore.

I’m a big fan of Korean fried chicken so I was excited to try Bonchon however I was disappointed after trying. The place is nice, spacious and service is good. I ordered 24 pieces of half and half boneless and 10 piece spicy wings, the boneless are really DRIED and not flavorful. The spicy wings are okay nothing special. I would not go back or recommend this fried chicken place.

Ordered fried chicken drumsticks half soy garlic and half spicy from this restaurant on Doordash. They were super delicious! The fried rice and kimchee were also really good. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

We went on a holiday, so service might not have been typical (seemed to have a wait, despite 1/4 capacity). Everything was served fresh with a friendly environment.

Fried chicken is very dry. Portion is small and price is high. Tastes like it's cooked/fried twice. Or maybe leftover gets reheated?
Fries are good. Overall, not worth the money.
