Perfect Service, The broker said you need 24 hrs.notice to arrange pickup and when i call them they agreed to pickup in same day and scheduled to me pickup in same day.

I would be very careful when picking up your belongings. I called to get my stuff from my towed car & they said I had to pay a “cash” fee of 35$ to retrieve my stuff. I asked them why 35$ they stated because a “clean up fee” why would I need to pay for the car to get “cleaned” if it was repossessed, long story short I called Texas department of licensing and regulation & they stated anytime your vehicle is repossessed, by law you have access to your belongings and do not have to pay the towing companies any money. Long story short I was able to retrieve my things but if they try to charge you a cash fee don’t pay it. By law you have access to your things.

I really don't understand what people are talking about bad customer service, the lady on the phone was very nice and very fast on scheduling the release of my vehicle. And they answered on the first call.had to update.my appointment was at 11 and I arrived a little after 10 and they release my vehicle way before time and everything was in there every little penny. Thank you!

No one likes getting their car towed for any reason. I’m going through a hard situation and the reviews at the place had me terrified! I’m happy to report though that everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and kind. The employees do gather your belongings for you but they let me go through it and make sure everything was accounted for and helped me carry it and load it into my fiancés car. I appreciate their kindness and tact in circumstances that are less than favorable. Being a repo company is a tough job that someone has to do whether we like it or not. If you’re kind to the staff you’ll get kindness in return. Thank y’all

Extremely unprofessional and very rude employees. When I found the location took almost 10 minutes for someone to walk out the door to the company is locked! The employee was cursing at me and asked me how I found the location. The lady that worked their asked me how I found the place! Also, had missing items from my vehicle and had to file a police report against this company!

Horrible service and incredibly rude. We were very polite and where just trying to recover a toed car. They were very uncooperative and unprofessional. No employee should treat someone like that. Avoid at all costs.

0/10 experience. Very rude, and all of the sudden my debit card that I left in my car isnt working and I cant transfer any of my money or use the card. Only card Ive had for months so I dont have a different card. Doesnt let you double check to see if you have everything out of the car, they sweep the car for you. Probably even steal some stuff from you. And not to mention it’s a $35 fee just to even get your belongings out.
