Bonnie & Clyde's Pools and Spas, Arlington TX

Was looking to purchase a spa, went to all the local dealers and BC was by far most knowledgeable not just about their spa's but just "owning" a spa in general as I had never owned one. Compared to others their brand Bahama seemed like a good buy compared to the others I looked at. I could have purchased a spa a little cheaper online but I liked all the service they provided and if anything goes wrong they are there to support it. They installed it, included all the start up items in the price, taught me to use it and if any problems or questions come up they are a phone call away. Purchase and install was very smooth up and running and really enjoying the spa everything is perfect. Worked with Corie and she is very knowledgeable and great at customer service. I would highly recommend!

We went to look at pools on Memorial Day and the next day my husband went back to order everything. Quick easy process. What took the longest was dealing with our city for the permit. Everyone at Bonnie and Clyde’s have been so helpful. We live in Midlothian and drive here to the store for water samples and supplies. They have been more helpful than local pool supply company’s in our town! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool!

They ALWAYS take good care of me, answer all my questions, & aren't about selling unnecessary supplies like other pool stores. I am in B&C's a lot.

Went down to buy item I needed was told by web and person they close at 7pm will went down they to buy part and it was closed. I got there at 6: 07 and they closed at 6. They only place that has part. So now I have to give customer a discount cause was unable to put in liner

We drive from Mansfield to go to the location in Arlington. The people are just that knowledgeable and friendly. It's well worth the drive

They are honest and don't have you buy a bunch of stuff that's unnecessary. All the employees are knowledgeable. I will only go there for chemicals and food information.
