Jessica did great job! My hair come out looking really good and I like it. She is very friendly and pretty, we were talking and joking all the way through my hair project, several hours passed very fast. Highly recommend her!

First time here for a hair cut, the lady with glasses (did not get her name) is very good. The best haircut I've had in Austin, Texas. Although pricing is a little steep for a simple haircut cut for a male, I will still recommend Bono for a quick and professional haircut. Next time I go, I will get the lady's name.

Liked the one stylist a lot so I went back a few times for a haircut but will no longer be going. Made an appointment weeks in advance but when I showed up at my appointment time they didn’t say a word about wait time but I ended up waiting 40minutes to get a haircut. It turns out they took a walk in just right before my appointment time because the lady was in a serious need for a haircut. And of course they apologized but I felt very disrespected of my time. Them saying that made me feel like a less important of a customer and my time was completely disrespected. What was the point of having an appointment? It’s sad to lose a good hairstylist but I think I will live.

I wanted to keep my current haircut design, but just trimmed, and showed her how I want my hair to be.

So I told her to keep the shape of previous haircut but just make the length shorter, and she nailed it! She picked up what my need was immediately

Now my hair looks a lot more nicer, and very soft when I feel through it with fingers.

Beside that she’s also a good talker making customer feel comfortable during the haircut. I appreciate her service and hospitality.

Tony messed up my hair idk how i showed him a picture and he did something drastically different.my hair is trying to recover a whole month later

I showed the hairstyle I wanted to Tony. He didn’t follow at all. He cut my bing half inch shorter than what I asked. It was very disappointing and upset experience.

Worst service ever! They just want customers in and out as quickly as possible. They just want your money! Overpriced! Kid’s basic fade $30 without washing! On top of that it didn’t even look right. They don’t care and have no respect for your input or opinions. Please ask for the price first beforehand because they can charge you whatever they feel like. Overall, it was a really bad experienced.

Very ugly bang trimmed by Jessica. I showed her the picture but she didn’t do anything like that. After all the bang was already ruined and there’s no way she can fix. She kept saying this is Korean style and very fashion, but it’s nothing close to what I want. I cried and will not come back again. She had a very outdated taste and no aesthetics. I don’t recommend her at all. Very poor communication too.

If you don’t speak Korean, don’t go there. The chances are that the hair stylists will pretend they understand you but completely ignore your instructions. They’ll still charge you no matter how terrible the haircut is and don’t even bother to communicate. Rude and unprofessional.

I have been a long time customer here and each and every time I come back, they never cease to amaze me. The staff is always super sincere and caring and I always come out loving my hair!

Been getting haircuts here for years now. Never have had a bad haircut. The staff is friendly and very versatile. I always feel welcomed and leave looking better than coming in!

I have been visiting this salon for so many times. However I was very disappointed and angry after the recent visit. I showed Christ a picture of myself with a haircut that he did on me last time. And I said I want the same thing. However he chose to ignore it and gave me a prisoner haircut. I lost all my long hair and now my hair is so short I can’t even do a ponytail, which i have expressed many times that I really need to be abel to tie my hair! If i want a short hairstyle, why would I show you the picture of mine? This is not because of language barrier. Please stop ruining people’s hair!

Came from Los Angeles, and the haircut by Jessica was best ever. Better than LA. No need to worry about your style with Jessica!

Ms. Jessica gave me an uneven haircut. Then, she tried to hide it by curling my hair with a curling iron. When I got home and washed my hair- then, was the carelessness of the haircutter found out. I will not go back. I would prefer to find a haircutter who actually cared about his/her customers.

Tony did a fantastic job during my recent visit. He took his time and made sure I was happy with the style. I definitely recommend him.

They charged extra $5 because my hair was "long, " and then asked me bring my wife lol. Very weird way to do a marketing.

DO NOT go to this place! I would give negative point if possible. Their stylist is extremely unprofessional and almost impossible to communicate with. I went to this place for my hair color and PERM. When I made an appointment in person, I talked with the stylist that I wanted to color my hair to a different color. He saw my hair condition and knew I colored my hair several months ago. But he did not say anything that he cannot color my hair to a different color as I have already had colored hair. When I went to the appointment, he then told me that he could not color my hair to the color I wanted but could color the root of my hair to the same color I have already. I said OK as long as the color the same for my entire hair. However, the color he put does not match my original color. So I asked why the color he put was different from my original color. He just kept repeating that he did not touch the rest of my hair and asked me why I complained. I told him that I understood that he cannot change my original color but at least he should make the color he put on the same as my original hair color. Then he just refused to do my PERM and told me to find another salon.
