Bonobos, Austin TX

Had a great shopping experience with the team at Bonobos on 2nd in Austin TX. While on vacation from Canada, we walked by and the window display caught our attention and knew we had to check it out. We were welcomed by two gents and started checking the place out. Nathan and Derek were excellent at making us comfortable and finding us items that suited our wishes.

They made arrangements for us to ship all of our items back to our home so when we arrived home from our Austin
vacation we had some fresh items for our wardrobe. We have a suit to order within then next few weeks.

I've had a really good experience working with Derek and Theo at the 2nd St location. I needed someone who would be patient and take some time to help me get the right fit and talk through styles, colors, etc. Not only were they thorough but they seemed to genuinely enjoy the process, which helped me enjoy it. This is easily the best clothes shopping experience I've had.

Nathan was super helpful and explained how their sizing works in different pants. I was able to make a purchase and get the correct length and color delivered after figuring out the fit. Great experience at bonobos!
