I absolutely loooove this office of professionalism! My experience was A-1! The entire staff was sooo friendly until I referred my friend and Mom (who’s 68) to them and they took care of them too! They both had great experiences! MY BACK IS SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Dr. Bookout really cares and shows it in his work getting a thorough understanding of your situation and attending to you accordingly! Angie, at the front desk greets you with her bubbly energy and prepares you for the experience! Theresa Bookout, the doctor’s wife, is a joy & will work with you as well! I can’t remember the lady’s name that did my massages, however, she was the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced! Bookout Chiropractic was soooo amazing & I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks so much for being so great Bookout team!?

VA needs to stop referring people to them. Rude and unprofessional staff. Claiming they call when in fact they did not. Will not respond to calls for appointments.

I have been going for over 10 years now. Dr. Bookout is a life saver. My first visit i had not been able to walk due to my back being so bad. My husband and other family members are patients as well. I have never known first visits to take so long, maybe 1.5-2hr.he does xrays on the first visit to ensure he is able to help.visits are not quick, he puts you one heating pat to relax muscles before any adjustments, and he is a talker and he will educate you on what is causing your pain and how to get relief. Staff has always been great including his wife. She is direct and about business. I have had billing issues and she explained what the problem was. My family and I have never had any issues, only positive experiences.

Everyone has always been nothing but nice to me. I have been going to Dr Chris Bookout for months. He has helped me a lot.

Dr. Bookout has helped me tremendously. The staff and him are awsome and very helpful and nice. They always have a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend him.

Couldn't find a website to answer basic questions about things like walk-ins, insurance, x-rays. I went in and was greeted by a very unprofessional receptionist. She seemed bothered that I came without an appointment to ask questions. Also she started " Plan to stay 2-3 hours for your first appointment ". Who has that kind of time? I'm gonna pass and find a more professional place.

He is amazing! His wife and her help are very rude. They are fine at first, but it gets worse over time. I was told from someone how rude she is but waited until it effected me. I went here for 4 months. Doc really helped me and it's sad the office women are terrible. The wife over charged me several times and when I asked about it she gets mad. I'm going to have to move on and find another Doc.
