Helpful staff seemingly always overworked.

I get anxious coming into books a million because I’m asked to sign up for a bunch of different things lol. The cashiers here aren’t clear about the magazine subscription and I feel pressured into signing up for it when I just want to buy my book and go.

Asked for book recommendations from a pink haired worker yesterday. (Sorry I didn’t catch your name). I am already halfway through The Three Body Problem. Thank you for the recommendation even though you were busy!

Huge selection of books in a nice location. I have to admit, I expected random piles of cheap books everywhere. This store is very similar to Barnes and Noble; well lit, carpeted, nice displays. Will definitely be going back.

I love being a member for them. This store is always very friendly and has a lot of manga options! Plus, being a member I can use my coupons as many times as I want!

If I could give it a zero I would. If you like staff that rolls their eyes when you ask or help, are truly condescending, don't know their own adds, have books that don't represent the sell and then argue and yell at you (previous visit) that you are wrong, don't apologize when they realize they are wrong (previous visit) and continues to talk over you so you cant say anything. Then you have came to the right place. I don't want to go back.

This place was filled to the brim with lots of really good quality merchandise, and plenty of books. They had a large manga section, a children's section, horror, young adult, etc. I really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly! Definitely check it out if you're in the area, I'll be coming again.

The store employees are very friendly and really helpful. They are always there to help you find whatever you might be looking for. They carry a great selection of books, magazines and have a great selection of other items around the store too! We never leave there without finding some sort of hidden gem to purchase.

Love the new look on the inside, the change up was un expected but it's nice having a new look

Seen a cup that said " puns intended"; I laughed alot about that. Very pleasant environment, employees were very helpful. Hung out with my son, looking at star wars books, and some classics like, of mice and men, etc. Love it.
