BoomerJack's Grill & Bar - Murphy

We celebrated my sons 21st birthday last night at the Murphy location and it was perfect! The manager, Joey, had our tables ready and setup for our large party. He also stored the cake in the fridge for me when I stopped by a few hours earlier. We had a waitress assigned to just our party, which kept everything moving perfectly. Amber was wonderful! The bartenders, Charlie and JJ, both treated my son to birthday shots, so fun! We rounded out the night with manager John making sure we had everything we needed. This amazing team made our experience perfect!

Grayce is AMAZING.went to Boomerjacks in Murphy today for Father's day with my sons. She has the best smile, top notch service, and the best personality. She also found a way to get the college world series on one of the tv's for me. I would give her 10 stars if I could.go see her

What did the manager do? Backed up his thief!

I ordered the spicy poblano pepper burger with onion rings (for extra charge) - the service was fantastic as was the burger - the onion rings were a different matter entirely. About 75% of the onion rings were much more "well done" than the rest of them - they looked like they were from a previous cook and thrown in with the rest of my onion rings to make a full order. The manager did come over when I said something to our server and removed the extra charge for the onion rings from our bill. We will be going back and giving them another chance to earn a 5 star rating.

I had a birthday party on the patio on a Friday night. Manager Jeff was so easy to work with, set us up for 20 people. Takeya, our waitress, was outstanding! She kept all the tabs separate, quick to get orders out and everyone was happy. We will definitely visit again!

Wait staff is beautiful and sweet. Definitely going to become a regular here. Only downside was the Nashville hot chicken wasn't very spicy. Will try another entree next time. Excellent drink specials

Go back to this place time and time again! Great space especially for spots and their food always is good. Never fails to impress. Great menu and great staff

If you like good bar drinks, good bar food and good music, this is the best place for it! Friendly staff too, dealt with our big group like champion bar tenders.

I was there for food woth a couple of friends, Bomb as food by the way, till couple of mor friends pulled up to a point that we moved tables. They didint have an issues at all. The water tiger was excellent, no issues at even wirh the groups went to 3 to 8 people. A1 i would highly recommend.

Very fun and great food. Waiter was very kind and good to notice when drinks were empty and plates were done being used.

Came here for years, always have a good time. Occasionally I feel forgotten otherwise would be 5 stars.

Great drink specials and plenty of beer and TVs. A little small, so busy hours I bet are crazy. I think I found my new home bar <3

A friend and I went in for an early dinner with 3 kids. We had a server named Joey and he was amazing. He had a great personality, he joked with the kids, he was attentive and got everything right. We could not have had a better experience. You a a winner with Joey! We will ask for him in the future

I paid with a $100 bill that I received from a customer. The bill was made in 1990. The manager on duty told me it is fake. I did not believe her bc you can visibly see the strip. Instead of arguing, I paid with my credit card. I took the same bill to the bank and they said it absolutely is not fake. I wonder why the manager on duty did not want to accept this bill? How irritating!

Food was good I enjoyed the $3 margaritas. Only complaint I had to wait a few mins to get seated even tho it was not busy

Food was very uneven, queso was very boring, wings were great but the burger was very greasy. Service was great and the sports planning we're a great variety.

It's always great to eat here. I have several food and chemical allergies. Your staff always accommodate me without making me feel any different than any other diner. Thanks BOOMER JACK'S!

My sister is a GM here, the food is insnanely delicious and drinks are on point. Great specials and awesome patio as well. Family friendly!

I can’t remember the last time a manager served us from beginning till end. They usually delegate the task to a different waiter and not get involved. This was our first time here and we were very impressed with Joey the manager, the food, and the service. We will definitely be back and we love that it’s open late when everything is closed after 10pm. Tuesday’s are great for 79 cent wings!
