Poor management hiring Immature not responsible employees.letting good employees go, that's? What makes the company good? 8th Street is always closed when management shows up to work. They are rude, disrespectful, and always late if they show up. They will sit by the window and put their makeup on and ignore you, and not acknowledge that you are waiting. So I started going to other coffee shops that are out the way.
