Had a good experience in here Angelica helped me find the right phone and even told me about all the good stuff that comes with my phone. Good customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Had troubles with boost mobile restoring my service but all thanks to FAREEN for being so attentive, detailed and going the extra mile for me. In less than 5mins after FAREEN's help my service was restored.
She gives a more better customer experience one that i couldn't get from the help desk guys over the phone. Once again thank you FAREEN

The clerk lied like she told me no refunds on accessories but she didn’t. I paid $10.83 for a charger that won’t charge my phone and couldn’t get a refund. I would have NEVER bought something I couldn’t get a refund on, then she didn’t want to give me a receipt, but I have the receipt on my phone because I paid with my card. I will be calling corporate on that store immediately!

That’s a really good store. Sales person Tashi is very kind and caring. He knows how to treat the customers. I recommend everyone to visit this store.

The lady there tried to charge me for the new sim card that the website, multiple emails and texts I have gotten that said it was free. Then got upset with me because I questioned her. It's kinda shady that the company you work for tells me it's free but you try to charge me $20. Needless to say I'm not going back to that store. If I could give them no stars, I would!
