Eric, was very helpful with all my needs.he took he's time but respond and resolve all my needs. Even with my Russian accent he was patient to trying to understand me, I really appreciate he's help! Recommend this place, very clean and organized store too. Positive energy, very welcoming, wish all stores I go too was like him.

Would be great if they posted a working phone line. I misplaced their biz card. Minimal useable info trying to contact them. They do have tons of nice audio gear. No feedback about installs though. I keep trying them, maybe they call me back.
