My phone broke and I had already come to terms that I would be losing all my information, but ana worked her magic and was able to transfer everything to my new phone! Boost has a gem with Ana.

I didn’t have a good experience here I was sold merchandise that didn’t even work and the man KEVIN T. Was well aware because it says NOT WORKING on the box then i went back they couldn’t give me a refund because the manager didn’t respond.

Never got nothing from them I here they want try to help you change a phone over just have to buy a phone to change over you can't bring your old phone that's what I am talking about

I got my phone replaced for cheaper than metro pcs and the service i got from Myra was the best no haggling if you want a good deal go here

Riyad is the best mobile expert I have ever seen. I have been going to boost mobile last 10 years every time I have an issue most of sales rep doesn’t care.they don’t want to help but this store manager RIYAD is very helpful. I highly recommend to everyone to go to this store.thanks

Originally went in to buy an accessory, ended up walking out with a new plan thanks to Alondra! She was super helpful throughout my visit and managed to convince me that I should join boost

I came in a few weeks ago to ask to switch carriers. I was very questionable if I should leave boost. A young lady named Alondra, told me the comparisons between Boost Mobile and other carriers. She told me boost has better qualities and showed me on the plans. Such a nice lady!

They have really great customer service. Every time I go there they help me with 100% satisfaction. That's a good store in town.
