Our CSR Jenny is a super hero in the flesh. I was having such a hard time porting in my number from my former carrier Spectrum which has the worst cellular service including the sky high prices. Jenny made sure I left a happy customer by reassuring me everything was OK. I was a wonderful experience and I'm grateful for her patience and excellent customer service skis. Thank you Jenny!
