Mr. Ray an Ms Tamara where very helpful during my run through Texas as Mr. Ray helped me find the location and gave me advice as to parking my rig, An Ms Tamara with helping me with finding the right size Boot to purchase at a great price. I even bought a pair for the better half.

I bought a cody James shirt and made in Texas cowboy hat, really like them. Very good customer service

Great experience, great selection of boots. Men's and women's boots galore, if you can't find something you like, you didn't spend enough time in there. Sales associates are very knowledgeable about what they are selling and care for the boots.

Defitnley had the best prices compared to canvenders and gomez western wear.also you can get your hat cleaned and reahaped for free and very friendly and helpful staff

For starters, I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars at THIS Boot Barn location on clothing, hats, boots, etc. I’ve purchased 3 or 4 pairs of boots, 2 hats, and literally 40 button up shirts from Boot Barn. This location is almost a self-help setup, as there is usually never an employee willing and able to try and assist you. Typically the security guard tucked in the corner is the one to greet, and sometimes even help you. The actual employees are usually hidden away toward the back of the store.

I went in tonight to try and exchange an Ariat vest that I had received as a Christmas gift that was too big on me, and Clyde, who I assume is the manager of the store, seemed inconvenienced to help me locate a properly sized vest.

They were out of stock of the vest at this location (of course), and I was unable to try on another one to see the proper size I needed. He informed me that a few other locations out of state had the vest available in small and medium. I asked him what size he suggested would work for me based on the knowledge I figured he’d have of the product he sells. He said he was not familiar with how the sizing was with Ariat western wear. After his lack of input, I told him I thought maybe a small would work.
Another employee (actually mildly knowledgeable of the product) suggested a medium size would work better. I apologized for changing my mind about the vest size, and Clyde was visibly upset at having to attempt to make me a mildly happy customer, by making another phone call.

After I saw the disdain in his eye from having to help me, I told him never mind, and that I’d just try the Richmond location tomorrow.
This is why Cavenders will reign supreme to Boot Barn. Better selection. Better service.

My wife and I love to buy our clothing and boots here for not only ourselves but our kids too. Very reasonably priced and they have great customer service too!

Clyde was extremely rude to me my entire visit. Complaining about "how much work he had to get done before closing" and how busy he was. Awful customer service. Even as he was ringing up my new boots.

Great prices, wide selection of boots, hats, clothes, and all things Western. The staff are helpful without being underfoot.

Nice selection of boots, but only one company to choice from for men's. Artists. No Durangos or any other manufacturer.

Very good price and selection. People are very friendly and helpful. The boot i wanted was not in stock but i was able to order and have it shipped to the house for free.

Laughable boot selection. Not sure why they even bother, yet it's called "Boot Barn". So in size 10-10 1/2, you have a choice of maybe 2-3 "decent" round toe cowboys boots. The rest, square toe which are ridiculous looking at best. Boot Barn? How about carrying boots real Texans wear?

My fiancé and i just walked in and the guy standing up front did not say one word to us! I ask if he was knowledgeable about men’s jeans he said nothing and waved his hand like no not really! Then why are you working at a western store! Well sorry boot barn found a few things that we liked for a huge wedding party and y’all just missed out on over a $1000 sale! Deff will stay with cavenders. JS

When my family and I walked in we were not greeted. However, while we looked for boots ourselves the only one to ask what size and what we were looking for was the SECURITY guard. After a white person walked in, immediately greeted and helped.smh. Society.
