Boot Barn, Tyler TX

I had a terrible customer service experience. It started out when I called the store to simply ask if they had a particular boot in stock. The salesman David told me he didn’t have time to go look, he was dealing with customers. I said okay that’s fine, I can call back later. He then tells me he won’t have time later, I just need to drive into the store. At this point I’m irritated. I drive to the store & the exact same guy tells me the same thing in person, he doesn’t have time to go look. Long story short, I ended up buying the same brand & model of boots at Cavenders for 30% less. The service at Cavenders was top notch first class

Everything in boot barn is made in China in the boots, the Cody, James the only thing that is, it is the apparel wranglers and Ariat and they are probably made in China. The truth be known, The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life cheapest clothes, just a terrible place to shop in general. If you want to support the Chinese government buy your apparel there, nothings made in the USA.

Love BB. Lots to choose from. The folks there are very knowledgeable about what they have.

Great people, gave me the info I needed to get the boots that best suited my needs. I needed a rugged tough pair of boots that I could work and ride horses in.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Always keep a variety of brands and sizes. Good quality and stylish clothing

The store is good and people are friendly good customer service, but the Prices are a little bit too high in every thing Barn give very little discount about 10%now their Higher than Cavendars specially the western hats are very high calendars having a good deal right now 30% discount for the holidays and everything and boot Barn don’t have much sales! Don’t get me wrong it’s a very good store but to Pricey for me I go for discounts are a little bit higher

Absolutely unbelievable store and staff in a great way. I will be shopping more at this store after this heart warming experience. Saunya should be commended for her outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable, listens to understand the want/need and has a big heart. Felt like family at this store.

I went looking for some Twisted X boots. They didn't have any or if they did I could ask anyone because all the employees were hanging out front having a gab session.

Great customer service. I'm a city slicker, they took care of me and helped me find a fitted hat. We got two hats and a pair of boots.

I love the tyler store. It’s my favorite to stop by over cavenders! Tyrice is my favorite employee here he’s so outgoing and helps me find everything I need!

Great store with fun items. Staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately when we checked out, the credit card system was down and continued to be for the rest of the day. I had to get cash to pay for our items. Maybe not their fault but an inconvenience for me.

It took a few minutes to get some help, but after that, it was top notch. Very knowledgeable and able to point me in the right direction on some new work boots.
