Everyone working in the store where so helpful. I enjoyed shopping at Boot Barn because it's always a pleasant experience!

100% 5 STARS! Literally the absolute best service I have ever had in a store. Kendall was amazing she was attentive without hovering, gracious, super knowledgeable about the products, and had a genuine desire to get me exactly what I wanted. She called other stores to get what I needed and did it all with a smile. In one visit Boot Barn and their amazing employees has won me over as a lifelong return customer! These folks have it figured out. Real service and reasonable price for a great products. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The selection is Gen Z Country focused. Sparkles and glitter. Rhinestones everywhere. They don't carry high X hats. I was looking for something 500X plus.best they had was 20. They have a big selection of work boots, but few, if any (I couldn't find a pair), that weren't steel toed. I need good solid work boots, but I don't need that kind of protection. The woman who tried to help with hats was quite nice and professional, a joy to banter with in fact.but it wasn't enough when I had to walk out empty handed.

Every store should have a Mykenzie! She understands the customer's needs, knows the products, and isn't afraid to engage with a customer! Love the experience I had yesterday and will be back. She needs to promoted and/or made a trainer for the rest of the stores.

I bought a pair of Twisted X boots, a Justin belt, and 2 Resistol shirts. Great prices and a military discount. I didn't know Boot Barn did that.

I dont know how this place screens and hires, but I do know they keep getting it right! Kendal needs to have her own store! Promote her now! Went back looking for another pair of boots. Something I can wear to cut the grass and go around in. She knew exactly what I wanted. Walked me thru everything, asked me a bunch or questions, and then found what I was looking for! Thank you Kendal!

Great experience, I prefer boot barn over Cavenders for their better prices, sales, and overall atmosphere.

Customer service here is atrocious. I guess if you don't look like their typical customer, they're not interested in helping you. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and nobody approached me. The man didn't even look up and acknowledge me when I asked him to use the changing room. Stay away from this place.

Love this place, staff is friendly and helpful. Even though they didn't have a size I needed, they were helpful to help find size I needed from other stores

Every pair of boots they have on the shelf is scuffed up and creased, with dings all over them. I found what I wanted, then bought them online directly from the manufacturer, while saving about $30.

Great customer service! They were very patient with my wife choosing pants. They assisted me in choosing a hat as well. Additional, they provide military discount which is always a plus.

Well, not very much customer service here. Walk around in there 15-20 minutes looking at jeans, even stood right next to an employee and a manager and never even got a how you doing or can I help you!? Guess I'll stick with Cavenders? May have spent 2 or 3 hundred bucks in there. Good luck keeping customers like this, hence why there wasn't very many people in there?

I went in when they were about to close. The manager just Said take your time. I went in bought a pair of boots and cap and walked out. Pricey but it was expected. 200 for the boots which what i expected to pay but the cap not so much 29.00 dollars. I guess that is the price of caps these days.

Here now. Waiting at counter 15 minutes. Nobody in store, 2 employees ignoring me.at the checkout counter. 15 minutes. Seriously?

Great sales but not enough clothes for size 10 and up thst look festive enough but still found something cute you got to look.also associates there are so helpful ️

Nice clean store and lots of boots to choose from. Christian was a big help, showing us different boots and items needed when we were a little confused. Made us feel ok about not knowing. He took good care of us. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the right size and another store had to be called. Nice store and nice associates.

The “store manager” Alma is very rude and professional. After aggressively speaking over me on the phone she cut me off and just hung up the phone on me. My husband buys boots every year at the store but I guarantee we will never go back here as long as she is the “manager” there. Not a great way to treat a customer.

I was looking for a certain pair of jeans but they didn’t have them in the store. The young salesman Michael went above and beyond looking on the internet and calling other stores trying to find the jeans I wanted. No one had them but he made a tremendous effort and was very friendly while helping me. Great customer service from this young man.

Little rude I asked for help and they did help but they all seemed to be really short with me and made the whole experience awkward

Definitely one of my favorite places but hard to find bigger sizes even though the tag on some say XL made in another country isn't really true to the sizes. I found a T shirt true to that XL size. But the blouses aren't always.
