Boot Barn, Austin TX

I went into this store to see what you guys had & was noticing how hot it is inside the store! It felt like a giant oven in there & i even checked in with the employees and mentioned how hot it is & they mentioned they got with management & there still wasn’t a change. I tried to block out the heat and started sweating and it was to the point where I felt I was outside the store instead of an air conditioned store. I left and went to Cavender’s instead. If you care about your customers, team and sales you will fix that Ac asap. It’s sad enough the employees are miserable because your ac is broken And they’ve been in that kind of condition for weeks and I was only in there for a day. Poor look on boot barn.

There is a recurring theme at this location. Multiple people (usually three) hovering around one register while one works and no clue what the others are doing except socializing and checking cell phones. It would be greatly appreciated if you could get your customers checked out faster. This has happened to me at least five times and I’m finally sharing a review about it.

I tried coming in this afternoon to find something for the upcoming rodeo. 5 female employees were in the women’s section one of them reorganizing and the other 4 just standing around. None of them decided to move even a little bit to make room for me to shop. The women’s section is already pretty small and 4 people blocking the racks and aisles made it impossible to shop. I was looked at like I was inconveniencing them some how by just being there.

I’m not sure why you’d get into retail if you’re annoying by people shopping for clothes. I’ll try coming again in the morning hopefully after shift change.
