Everyone nice and helpful. They even found stuff at a different location for a customer and had it held til they could get there.
The place was very dusty! The straw hats were all mixed up, ie brands. Some were stuck together
They have some old man playing very old and tired country songs when you walk in. You can NOT get to the mall from this store.

For me boot bard was less than a stellar experience. I understand that they are a niech provider, but when it comes to work boots they are not the first place I would choose.
Always greeted when you walk through the door. Smells so good just like leather! Usually there is someone asking if they can help you find what you need. Store is usually very well kept up clean an stocked and put together well
I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT SHOPPING @BOOT BARN. FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANT HELP. CASHIER FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
